Dilli Haat main kabhie bhi itni itni bheed nahi dekhi jitni aaj dekhi hai. Zaroor film ke log hi honge," said one of the shopkeepers at Dilli Haat. Even though, she couldn't get to see the actors Kritika Kamra
and Karan Kundra
, who are currently seen in Imagine's " Kitani Mohabbat Hai
", she definitely made an interesting point – TV actors are far more popular than Bollywood stars.
The shopkeeper, who didn't wish to disclose her name, added, "Accha TV ke log hain isiliye itni bheed hai," she added. Karan, who told us that he had posted a comment on a social networking website about his visit to the place, never expected a huge crowd to gather. It was a pleasant surprise for the duo.
Chasing the dream: DU student Parul Jain couldn't believe her luck when her unplanned visit to Dilli Haat made her meet her favourite TV star. A self-confessed fan of Karan Kundra, Parul didn't know how to react when she spotted the heartthrob. It wasn't just Parul, but many college-goers like her who couldn't stop following Karan from one stall to the next to get a glimpse of him.
Karan looked a bit puzzled as the gang of girls bombarded him with requests for autographs and pics. What about Kritika? Unlike others actresses, who might not be too happy with all the attention and focus from fans for her beau, this duo had no such hassles. "Karan is having a blast here. See girls are chasing him. Why would I have a problem with this? Had there been enough boys here, I too would have experienced the same. But let's face it, TV soaps enjoy a huge female viewership. And it is evident here," she said pointing at Karan, who was busy getting himself clicked with female fans. But Kritika too had fans coming in with requests for her pictures.
Relationship tips: Karan and Kritika, who have been seeing each other for years now, told us they have become too predictable. "the worst part about spending too much time together is that your partner becomes predictable," she said. However, working together had helped Kritika deal with Karan's temper and mood swings. "It takes time to understand your partner. I know it is best if Karan is left alone when he is in a bad mood." Karan feels Kritika has helped him change for the best. "It is important to nurture your relationship to ensure you don't let conflicts affect you. Even if we have differences, we celebrate them. You can't survive if you don't treat your partner like a pal. Kritika has helped me change. I have learnt from her the importance to communicate to clear misconceptions. What more does one really need?" he said. Strong words these, Karan!
