Pyasa is a great movie but can't stand black and white movies for 3 hrs. Wish if they can make it in color too. I have never seen Garam Hawa. Milne wali bhi nahin Cry

Some years ago I went to Raj Kapoor's film festival and New York Film festival screened some classics of Guru Dutt 2 years back. Otherwise I would never have known the brilliance of such filmmakers. They inspire me to see B/W films. I don't want them in color. Some things should remain as it is. Smile

I watched Garm Hawa eons ago. I would like to watch it again. I don't remember much and I don't think I understood the intensity of the subject then. Did you watch Amu (starring Konkana Sen)?

Yeah, If GWTW wasn't in color, I wouldn't have watched it. May be I should watch Pyasa and guess what I have DVD. GD was brilliant. I have seen Sahib thing too. Cool pic..

I haven't seen Amu yet Embarrassed. Is it  good one? I can order from Netflix Smile

I agree. RDB should have been up there. It did have an affect on the youth, albeit for a small amount of time. LOL I loved RDB. And happy to know Lagaan is in there, well it was kind of obvious also. DDLJ being there is also obvious. LOL

@Meena: I agree with the others, RDB wasn't complicated at all. They presented the story nicely. First half about the youth, second half about patriotism. That is not hard. LOL
