Dedicated Sara Khan Sara Khan, better known as Alka, from Star One's Dhoondh Legi Manzil Humein completed her shoot even after being injured! The untoward incident took place when Sara was shooting for a picnic sequence approximately 40 kms from Pune. She burnt her leg due to the impact of the silencer of Chander's bike. In spite of wincing in pain, the actor continued to shoot and completed the episode in the stipulated time. She was advised rest by the production house, but being a thorough professional she urged them to continue with the shoot and not let it affect the show. Her leg was blistered but her spirit still very much alive. Sara finished all the scenes where she was required to sit, stand or run around. Naukri Priyanka Chibber who was last seen in Star One's Rang Badalti Odhani as Natasha, has now bagged a meaty role in UTV Bindass' new fiction show, Meri Toh Lag Gayee... Naukri. We hear that Priyanka will be playing the main protagonist in the show. It has an entirely unique concept, and moves away from the regular soaps and their drab narratives. |

Vivian absent at Ekta's party Ekta Kapoor had a big party on 25th February at her bungalow to celebrate the completion of 100 episodes of her hit Star One show- Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani! The entire cast and crew was present at the gala affair. While the entire Balaji fraternity was invited, we were surprised to hear that the lead of her dangerous love story Vivian Dsena was not invited. In fact, Vivian Dsena and his girlfriend Vahbbiz Dorabjee's absence was felt by everyone. While the whole cast -Sukirti Khandpal, Priya Wal, Vishal Gandhi, Kishwar Merchant and many others were having fun and enjoying themselves- Vivian's absence was pretty glaring. Wonder what went wrong? |
