hi guys i need help i have PCOD and i weigh 63 kgs ( my height is only 5 ft ) i look very fat in the belly and hip area plz suggest me as diet chart to lose weight it will be really kind of u to give me diet chart indetail ( i eat only eggs or else i stick to veggies) plzzzz help

To loose fat you must burn your extra calories and what you already burn doing daily activities. Make a daily routine chart that how your work burn extra fat and figure out how many calories you burn while sitting, standing, exercising, lifting weights, etc. throughout the day. This all basic thing how you monitor your fat and loose them.
