I think snake. Ahem first scolds Gopi for trying to come to him and then Gopi faints... Ahem calls Dr. and sucks poison.  Dr. says tonight is crutial for her life. Ahem recalls all the times he screamed at Gopi. He recalls how Gopi helped him etc.
Next morniong Gopi is alright but trying to go away from Ahem and Ahem is in love... 👏👏👏
