@Simran ji too late - I have food disorders....binge eating then a bit of anorexia.....I have never weighed the same....don't worry what I call now diet = balanced meals....And I'm getting thinner very slowly...
Am less stupid....I eat of everything reasonably : vggies fruits proteins. Every week end I am not strict....during the week it's more strict and I do sport....so don't worry...and yes I've heard diet harms the body -
