Fights on the sets of Zor Ka Jhatka..

Raja Chaudhary and Payal Rohatgi are in the thick of things again, as they become the centre of attraction on the sets of Zor Ka Jhatka..

Imagine's hot property Zor Ka Jhatka with Shah Rukh Khan at the helm is all set to launch from February 1st. However, the contestants who are out there in Buenos Aires, Argentina are not only coping up with injuries and adventure related problems, but are also being plagued by some heated arguments happening between certain contestants..

We hear that Raja Chaudhary who got into a spat with Priyadarshini just as they both were to board their flight to Argentina, is again in the thick of things.. This time, he is reported to have got into an argument with Vindoo Dara Singh, the winner of Bigg Boss Season 3.

Our source states, "The story goes like this. It seems Raja bitched about Vindoo to Bhaktiyaar, and that was something related to the show of Sony, Maa Exchange wherein Vindoo's wife andTanaaz Currim, Bhaktiyar's wife are to be swapped. Raja went and told Bhaktiyar that Vindoo is actually waiting for the moment when Tanaaz would enter his home as part of the format of the show. When Bhaktiyar confronted Vindoo, they both realized that it was Raja who played the mischief. After this, Vindoo and Raja were involved in a massive fight".

While the boys had lots to fight about, the girls section was not far behind..

"Dimpy Mahajan and Payal Rohatgi were involved in a fight too, wherein Dimpy was heard saying that the show appears to be more of a platform for ex-girl friends of her husband Rahul Mahajan to get together. The girls who were targeted by Dimpy here were of course Payal and Mink. Both Payal and Dimpy who can't stand each other had a major spat which was a sight to watch", adds our source.

The show which started with 28 contestants taking part in it, has now been reduced to the Top 15 from which the one winner will be selected..

Zor Ka Jhatka to take the 9-10 PM slot; Baba and Gunahon get shifted

Imagine has brought about a major shift in their fiction line-up to accommodate their biggest property Zor Ka Jhatka at a daily prime time slot.. Read here to know more..

Imagine has finally made way for their biggest property Zor Ka Jhatka in their daily prime time slot!!

TellyBuzz gives you details on the change in programming line-up ofImagine, starting from February 1st..

Zor Ka Jhatka will air from February 1st at the 9-10 PM slot from Monday to Thursday. This means that Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo and Gunahon Ka Devta , which air at the same slot will see a shift.

Imagine's new show Pardes Main Mila Koi Apna will launch on February 1st and will take the 10.30 PM slot.

Confirming this news, Saurabh Tewary, Head of Programming – Fiction, Imagine TV told TellyBuzz, "Zor Ka Jhatka will launch on February 1st and will take the 9-10 PM slot. Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo will shift to 10 PM while Gunahon Ka Devta will go to the 8.30 PM slot. We are still figuring out new time slots for Arakshan and Rakt Sambandh, but these two shows will not go off air. Bandini is the only show that will end as of now. Our new show Pardes Main Mila Koi Apna will launch along with Zor Ka Jhatka on February 1st, and will take the 10.30 PM slot".

We hear that Armaanon Ka Balidan Arakshan and Rakt Sambandh might in all probability get placed at the 7-8 PM slots.

Guess we are all set to enjoy Shah Rukh Khan at the prime time slot!! But make sure you keep a tab on the new time slots of your favorite fiction shows on Imagine..

Saumya Tandon to host Zor Ka Jhatka with SRK...

Saumya Tandon gives a nod to Zor Ka Jhatka, and will be seen as the 'On location' host along with SRK in the Imagine show..

You must be wondering why Saumya Tondon has given this season's DID Doubles a miss!! Well, the lady who is a very talented anchor has got a chance to share screen space with Shah Rukh Khan in Imagine's upcoming show Zor Ka Jhatka.

No, we will not see Saumya as a participant. Rather she will be seen as the 'on location' host along with the mighty SRK.

A source says, "Saumya Tandon will be seen sharing screen space with none other than Shahrukh Khan as an 'on location' host for the upcoming reality show 'Zor Ka Jhatka' onImagine TV. Saumya will play the role of a friend, motivator and a mediator to the participants. She will be sharing an insight into the lives of the contestants, disclosing their plans & strategies and distracting them with her funny & intriguing questions."

"While she will be encouraging the contestants in overcoming their obstacles, her witty jokes will provide a comic relief in the competitive environment," adds source.

Speaking from Argentina on Zor Ka Jhatka Saumya Tandon says, "I never ever thought I'd be a part of such a crazy show! Watching the participants overcome the obstacles sends shivers up my spine. I'm glad in not in their shoes. I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of Zor Ka Jhatka as I have not done anything like this before and viewers will get to see a different side of me. The cherry on the cake is sharing screen space with none other than the King Khan and Baadshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan."

Let's wait and watch who gives more Jhatkas to the audience in the New Year!

Shah Rukh's 'Zor Ka Jhatka' for Salman

Shah Rukh Khan will be seen taking a dig at Salman Khan in the inaugural episode of Zor Ka Jhatka..

Shah Rukh Khan we know is all geared up for his comeback on television with Imagine's new reality show, Zor Ka Jhatka launching on February 1st at the 9 PM slot..

We hear that the inaugural episode of the show will have SRK taking a dig at Salman Khan, who hosted the recent season of Bigg Boss on COLORS..

An insider tells us, "Going by the concept of the huge balls used as hurdles in the adventure sport, Shah Rukh in the first episode was heard repeating the dialogue 'Welcome to Big Balls', imitating the style in which Salman used to say, 'Welcome to Bigg Boss'".

What's more? SRK expresses that he is excited to have his 'Kabreena' beside him, just as Salman has Katrina with him!!

Oh well, do you want to know who is SRK's Kabreena? Well, she is the vivacious and talented ground host of Zor Ka Jhatka, Saumya Tandon..

Our khabroo goes on to say, "Shah Rukh would use the line 'Kisike paas Kareena hai, kisike paas Katrina hai, par mere paas Kabreena hai, indicating to his smart ground host"..

Well, we are so looking forward to being entertained by SRK and of course, his Kabreena too!!

No 'Toll Ka Fatka' as it is 'Zor Ka Jhatka'...

Imagine takes an initiative of toll free traveling on Bandra Worli sea-link between 7 pm-9 pm on Tuesday 1st February, so that Mumbaikars can reach home to tune in to the opening episode of Zor Ka Jhatka..

As the nation awaits the launch of India's biggest & wittiest reality game show Zor Ka Jhatka, Shah Rukh Khan and Imagine takes an unprecedented initiative by offering a toll free drive today on Bandra-Worli Sea Link between 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm so that Mumbaikars can beat the traffic and reach home on time to witness the unveiling ofZor Ka Jhatka with the entire family on Tuesday, February 1 at 9:00pm.

Commenting on this unique initiative, Nikhil Madhok - Senior Director, Marketing & Communication, Imagine says, "A free ride on the Bandra Worli Sea-link between 7-9pm on 1st February is our way of ensuring that our viewers reach their houses on time to watch the unveiling of the launch episode of Zor Ka Jhatka. Considering today's pace of life, where beating the traffic to reach home on time can be very tough, our team decided to make travel for our viewers hassle free, so that they can gather together at 9:00 pm in front of their TV screens. So at least for today, there's no waiting for hours at the long queues of the toll gates at Bandra-Worli Sea Link, as Zor Ka Jhatka launches tonight on Imagine at 9 PM..

SRK pokes fun at Salman

Is it too much of Shah Rukh on Zor Ka Jhatka?

A Zor Ka Jhatka contestant vents his spleen in reaction to yesterday's premier episode of the Shah Rukh Khan hosted big show onImagine..

While it is to be seen whether Imagine TV's new reality show Zor Ka Jhatka gives a big jhatka to the channel's not-so-happening ratings, the very first episode which was telecast last night has already given a big jolt to its contestants.

According to one who did not want to be named, the channel in an attempt to milk the Shahrukh Khan charisma has gone overboard. Instead of retaining all the fun which happened on the obstacle course in Argentina, the creative team kept cutting back to the super star who is just supposed to be a voice over.

The contestant murmured, "I wonder why the channel even spent such huge amounts of money to take us to Argentina when they did not want to concentrate on the adventurous tasks which we performed with great elan. The over emphasis on the voice over goes totally against the grain of Wipe Out which is a very popular format internationally".

Apparently they even edited out the interesting conversations the contestants had with SRK. Only his witty comment on what was happening was left out.

The furious khabru added, "The first episode was also supposed to have proper introductions of the contestants, but it never happened. Anchor Saumya Tandon was lucky as SRK praised her. A lot more drama and interesting content did happen as the rounds progressed, but we wonder whether the audience will ever get to watch it. I don't blame Shahrukh, for the channel and production house has made him do this. This just shows that the makers do not trust their own content and banks only on big names to pull them through. Do they not realize that good content sells? Had big names alone worked, Tees Mar Khan would have been a major hit. I guess we become victims of what happens when you have to share screen space with a big Bollywood star"…

We wonder what the viewers' reaction is on this very point raised by the contestant..

SRK & Piggy Chops bond over Chicken Tikka..

Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra share a lighter moment at Yashraj Studios...

Shah Rukh Khan, as we all know has been on a roll with his non-stop banter in Imagine's Zor Ka Jhatka.. During one such shoot that was happening in Yashraj Studios, SRK had a surprise visitor in Priyanka Chopra!!

Priyanka who was shooting in Yashraj took this as an opportunity to meet up with SRK and have a jolly good time. The Badshah and Piggy Chops, as we know are the best of friends, and they did not miss a second to chat up with each other..

An eye witness tells us, "SRK opted to have a 15 minutes break the moment he saw Priyanka in the studio. They in fact had a gala time hogging over a plate of Chicken Tikka. They were seen talking pleasantly, giggling and having a light moment".

It was indeed a pleasant sight to see SRK and Priyanka bonding over so nicely..
