Zee TV's Republic Day Tribute to Jhansi Ki Rani
As India feels a blast of patriotic fervor this Republic Day, it's time to tune into Jhansi Ki Rani, Zee TV's historical drama and be transported to a time when Rani Laxmi Bai had led a spirited army of thousands to combat the British forces and re-claimed a land that was rightfully ours! In the special episode - "Salute at 8" - scheduled at 8 PM on January 26 on Zee TV, catch the popular lead actors of the channel's primetime shows Pavitra Rishta, Sangini, Ram Milaayi Jodi, Dil Se Diya ... Vachan, Geeta and Bhagonwali come together to sing the national anthem as a tribute to the spirit of Jhansi Ki Rani.
In this action-packed episode, watch the Rani of Jhansi rescue her child Anand Rao and father Moropant Tambe from the clutches of the British.
