Armaan & Riddhima had performed the surgery. Shashank was...still alive. He had a heart attack when he heard that Shilpa & Siddhant had a huge fight. Shilpa was being stubborn to apologize, & Siddhant was being a jerk telling her how Shilpa still misses Armaan. Somehow through the surgery, Armaan Riddhima tried 10x hard to make Shashank alive. And, it happened. He was alive for his daughters and wife. After the 3hr tiring surgery, Armaan & Riddhima came out. Everyone was told Shashank was still alive but is unconscious as of now. Everyone was relieved. Shilpa was in a turmoil of emotions.
Padma asked Riddhima if she could talk to her privately. Riddhima agreed, afraid of what's going to happen. Padma took her to the fire escape, with Riddhima following. "Beta, jo meine aur Shashank ne kiya, tumne unki jaan kaisi bacheyi?, asked Padma in a low tone. "Maa, jo aap dono ne humare saath kiya, wo mein bhool gayi thi, jab mujhe yeh pata chala ki papa ko heart attack aagaya tha. Aur waise bhi, hum aap dono inti saal lo se maaf karthe aaye hain. Mein sif papa aur aap ki sirf khushi chahti ti", said RIddhima in an honest forgiving tone. "Beta mujhe maaf kardo, please jo meine aur Shashank ne kiya tha, woh toh sirf Shilpa ki khushi ke liye kiya tha. Please ho saake to mujhe aur Shashank ko maaf karde na", said Padma asking for forgiveness. "Maa,
please, humne aap ko maaf kiya", said Riddhima shedding tears too. Riddhima & Padma hugged eachother. Neither did they know that Armaan was listening to their converstaion. Armaan smiled when mother-daughter hugged. "Finally, Riddhima has the support of her parents. Hope everything is fine in the future", Armaan thought.
Shashank was finally awake. Padma went into the room first. Shashank asked her who saved him. Padma told him everything. Padma called Riddhima in the room and left so that they could have a father-daughter moment. Riddhima was silent and looking down. Shashank asks her for forgiveness, Riddhima forgives him. After that, the gang came in and left. Armaan and Shilpa came in the room. Shashank ignores Shilpa. He starts to talk with Armaan & Riddhima.
Next Morning
Riddhima wakes up early as usual. Riddhima is wearing a traditional saree. Riddhima goes into the kitchen and helps Ananya cook breakfast. Billy & Ananya came back home 2 days ago. Armaan wakes up and doesn't find Riddhima next to him. Armaan freshens up and walks downstairs. Armaan found Riddhima cooking breakfast with Ananya. Armaan walks in the kitchen and Ananya sees Armaan walk in. Riddhima gets nervous. Ananya goes to check on Billy leaving Armaan & Riddhima alone in the kitchen. Riddhima tries to get the cilantro for the finishing touch. Since Riddhima can't reach it, she feels a hand around her waist holding her protectively, and the other holding the cilantro packet. Riddhima feels shy, and she gets out of his hold and sets the table. Armaan smiles to himself. All eat breakfast in peace.
In Sanjeevani
After the gang finished their duties at 7:30pm, Dr.Keerti told them that Armaan-RIddhima, Shilpa-Sid will be going to Lonalva for 4 weeks. Because everybody is just too sick, and they need to be cured with the best docters. Shilpa & Siddhant go into their car, Shilpa turned around and looked at Armaan holding Riddhima's waist. Shilpa was disturbed when she saw that. Armaan holds Riddhima's waist and gets her into the car. While driving, Armaan;s car gets a tire puncher in the middle of the road. Armaan tries to get a mechanic but cant since its dark and dangerous.
In the middle of the road, it was snowing badly and rough winds were blowing. Riddhima fainted after walking with Armaan in 20 mins. Armaan saw that she was shivering badly. He went to a nearest cottage. Armaan layed Riddhima down on the sheets. He lit up the fireplace and put 2 matresses on her. But to his luck, it didn't work. Armaan takes off all her clothes. He rubs warm oil on her feet but it still didn't work.
Armaan called Siddhant, Sid told him to give her body heat. Armaan was shocked. "BODY HEAT?!, mujhe Riddhima ko body heat deni ho gi?!, OH NO!, ab mein kya karun?!", Armaan thought.
