Surya for 3 Rascals
With confusions regarding a suitable cast & good title,(what was earlier 3 idiots later 3 Rascals and the latest suggestion being Moovar) the remake of Bollywood flick 3 idiots hasn't been a good experience for director Shankar so far. Now the director is breathing fresh air with the script almost done with. He surely is a relieved man for now with the confirmation of the final 3 Rascals.
Star actor Surya has now been officially signed up to be part of the crew.
Surya's character is of a cool and relaxed guy with the sharp brains portrayed by Aamir Khan in the Hindi version. The opposite female lead will be played by Ileana. Others such as Jeeva, Srikanth,Sathyaraj will give their able contributions.The studious guy Chatur in the original as of now will have no replacements as Omi Vaidya is the choice for the Tamil one too. Shooting for the movie will commence on 25th January in Ooty and then the team will head to Dehradun. Surya is presently busy with 7aam Arivu and will join the team later in March. Until then others will get their parts filmed.
Fans will be satisfied to get a confirmation after such a long time.

Yayy! Surya is AWESOME. Oh how I wish they would replace Ileana like Kavya said, but oh well.
