Vaibhav is impatiently waiting for Sabeena at the site. It's already past time and Sabeena has not come yet. Just then a car comes by and Sabeena gets off the car. She tells him that she was there by 4:10 but a boy injured himself while playing and so he had to be taken to the hospital. She says that the boy's life is more important than his floating hotel. Vaibhav asks her to stop this drama of helping people. He accuses her doing all these for publicity. He asks her how money she requires for making the deal. He continues to say that rich people like him throw money so that actress like her can come and dance in their weddings. This hurts her and she asks him to get into her car. The drives away with Vaibhav and Sabeena and Baawala runs behind the car pleading with Sabeeena to let him accompany them.

At IMV's office, an army officer's widow comes to asks for donations for a charity event and hands him the broacher. IMV does not even look at it and says that she should have asked his secretary for the amount she required. She is impressed and says that he is unlike any other businessman she has met. He says that there must be no delay in good deeds. She requests him to come for the event. He assures her he would provided the guest list is impressive. She hands over the guest list and his eyes fall on one Bhagwan Seth. He says that she can take how much ever donation that she wants but on one condition that Bhagwan Seth must not be invited. She says that is not possible since he has been a member of their committee for a very long time. Saying so, she leaves. IMV clenches his fist and says that Bhagwan has a huge hand in transforming Ishwar Motilal Virani to IM virani and that he would avenge him one day.

Sabeena takes Vaibhav to a mall. A few people recognize Vaibhav and they thank him because they have made huge profits out of investing in Vaibhav Industries' shares. He looks around for Sabeena and sees that she is surrounded by a crowd and sees her signing autographs. When they climb the escalator, she tells him that though the mall was constructed by Vaibhav Industries, there are only very few people who recognize him, whereas she is very popular and is recognized and loved by a lot of people. She then points out to him that it is people like him who require publicity and people like him who pay actresses like herself to dance in their weddings so that their marriage is publicized. She says she'll decide their next meeting at her convinces and it will be held amidst the slum people and they would discuss their problems. Saying this, she goes away to meet her fans. Baawla comes along frantically and asks Vaibhav what happened. He evades the question and Baawla says that he looks like IMV looked in the Good morning newspaper.

Devki and Nirali are at a coffee shop and Devki tells her about an old couple who congratulated her for insulting IMV. She says that she is very surprised to have met IMV so young in life. She says that she had been to IMV's office to talk to him but couldn't and ended up talking to Sidharth Virani instead. She says that he was a nice chap and it seemed as if he was protecting her from IMV's anger. Nirali's tounge slips and she says that is no surprise since Sid is a nice chap and later tries to cover it up by saying that she has heard so. Devki continues to talk about the Viranis and Nirali get uncomfortable and excuses herself to get tea for both of them.Devki switches on her laptop and starts browsing for information about the Viranis. She sees Charu and Motilal and identifies them. Nirali comes rushing and tries to divert her attention to other things but in vain. Devki gives her the laptop and asks her to have a look at Motilal who asked her to insult IMV in public. But by mistake the screen scrolls up to show Nirali's picture when Nirali sees the screen. She hurridly tries to close the window but Devki sees her picture before she closes it.She now comes to know who Nirali is and walks out of the shop upset. Nirali tries to explain but Devki misunderstands and says that she would never be able to understand business men. She says that Nirali was friends with her only to act as a messenger to IMV.
