Rudra catches up to Pihu. She says she doesn't want to talk to him and sulks. Rudra holds his ears and says he is sorry. Pihu turns around and says she can't forgive him. Rudra is confused as he didn't do anything wrong. Pihu says "You should be ashamed. Having a fiance, why are you looking at other girls?"

 

Now Rudra is angry and says "ENOUGH. I didn't do anything. Please, don't exaggerate it." Pihu slaps him. Everything is silent. Pihu runs away with tears in her eyes. Rudra is left alone as a storm steps in. He is oblivious to the drops of rain drenching him. He screams.

 

Gauri is trying to cover her head with her dupatta and sees Rudra. He seems dead but alive, lifeless. Gauri is concered and goes up to him. "Rudra, Rudra!" she yells. He sees her and then realizes he was stuck in the rain. Gauri asked what happened. Rudra says that it is complicated. "C'mon. You are gonna get wet. Where do you live? I'll take you home."

 

Gauri is touched that a stranger is offering her to take her home. She says that it is okay. Rudra insists leaving his pain behind. Gauri smiles and says okay. She tells him she is just in Banaras visiting her aunt, but her home is in Haridwar. Rudra says that he too is from Haridwar but he's in Banaras to marry Pihu.

Rudra is telling Gauri about Pihu but he mentions the slap.

Gauri now knows that she has to reunite Rudra and Pihu.
