That was so funny. When she said "Dad, aap mujhe befkoof banana band kare", Inder's expression was like "oh good! She's doesn't want divorce", but when said "divorce lawyer karvata hai. Yeh vakeel kaun hai?", Inder's expression was, "I knew it was too good to be true to expect her to understand full hindi without asking what's this and what's that." π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£
This reminded me of the time when I went to India and my in-laws asked me to get something from the kitchen (it was some sort of a bowl to put yogurt in, I think) and I had no idea what it was. I had to ask for help from my brother-in-law (BIL, as per Suhana), who is 10 years old (my hubby wasn't around at the time to help me out).
