I agree Aarushi is equally responsible for the crime as is Shakti.

But Aarushi has realized her mistake, but Shakti still thinks its okay for him to keep two wives. He also wants to go to the extreme of killing his wife kesar to legally marry aarushi.....

So, shakti alone should be blamed for this mess.
