nt and immigration

what influence does nt have over immigration dept???they show that she is away from india and even has requested immigration dept to let them know if she comes back....but she is very much in the scene????so what influence does nt have over the immigration dept?????during the case also she was able to manipulate the immigration records and show she was in canada at that time....been wondering over this since she came out of jail....but now that she is in the show a new spice has come into the show along with brij....does anybody agree with me???

And what about the Maan's great security in his own house. she enters his house and is standing near the car and nobody informs Maan. His security team is just like any other chowkidar it seems who doesn't know what he is looking for, terrorists or Naintara or Brij?
