Maan and others were shocked to hear this. Maan's hope to have a family was shattered now. Daadi and Khuranas were also sad to see a stubborn Geet. The only people who loved Geet's decision were Yash and Jai. Dr. Kirthi was looking at Geet as if she is an alien.
Dr. Kirthi : But Geet...
Geet : My decision is final.
Prachi : But beta...
Maan : let it be, but I also have some condition Geet.
Geet : What is it?
Maan : Till the baby come out and all this, you should stay in my home.
Geet : What?
Maan : Yes you heard it right.
Geet : No way, I'm not gonna stay with you.
Maan : You will have a separate room and I promise you that I won't do anything against your will. But you need to do this.
Geet : No.
Maan : For
Muski won't you do at least this? I will only help if you agree this.(Hitting her weal point)
Prachi : Geet beta, for Muski at least do this. He promised you right?
Geet : That's why I'm refusing. Whenever he promises he breaks it because he loves to break promises and trust.
Maan was really hurt hearing this and all the bitter memories came back to him but he just kept all those a side.
Maan : But this is regarding our daughter's health so I won't break it.
Geet : How dare you call Muski your daughter? (Shouts) She is Vicky's and my daughter. Get that straight.
Jag : Geet beta don't shout.
Yash : Why not Dad, Muski is Bhai's and Geet's daughter not his.
Prachi : Keep quite Yash.
Maan : OK I got it. Muski is your daughter. If you want we'll sign a contract stating terms and conditions to be followed. If I breach it, you can sue me.
Geet : OK.
Maan sighed relief seeing her agree with him. He liked this Stubborn Geet very much and felt an urge to pinch her pink nose but suddenly came out of trance seeing angry Yash and Jai. Geet went to her room with Meera while others were discussing about the arrangements. Dev and Yash were glaring at each other while Jai and Rahul were busy with elders to discuss about the arrangements.
1month later
Geet was laying on her sofa in her cabin and Dr. Kirthi was checking her. Singhanias were waiting outside. Dr. Kirthi came out after sometime and everyone came near her and enquired. Maan arrived as soon as he got the news that Geet fainted. ( surrogate operation was done after 2 days of discussion and Contract)
Dr. Kirthi : Well happy news. Geet is pregnant.
Maan : What? But ithni jaldi. (Excited)
Dr. Kirthi : Why you did not want it so soon?(Teasing)
Maan : Nahi nahi aisi koi baat nahi hai. Can I see her?(Embarrassed)
Dr. Kirthi : Yes one at a time. Jagnaath Uncle I want to talk to you about her medicine and food diet.
Maan : I think
you should tell me this because she's gonna shift with me today.(To Kirthi)
Yash, Jai & Jag : WHAT ?(Shouts)
Maan : well my terms on contract. Hope you didn't forget it?
Jag : No beta we didn't but ithni jaldi kya hai?
Maan : I want to spend each and every second to mahsoos the happiness to be a daddy.
Yash : wow are you MSK or someone with his face? You are talking emotionally. (Sarcastically)
Jag : Yash...(Warning)
Yash : Sorry dad
Maan : It's OK uncle. I deserve it and I don't complain.
Jag : Beta can she stay with us for 2 days? Actually she is not Bahu but Beti for us. Just 2 days beta.
Maan : Sure Uncle. I'll pick up her on Monday.
Afterwards Maan entered Geet's cabin to see her. He didn't know why he was so happy suddenly just hearing that he was going to become dad again. He never felt like this before when he heard that Geet was pregnant with Muski but now he felt out of this world. He felt a sense of completeness. He saw Geet lay on sofa with her eyes closed and she was holding a photo-frame in her hand. He guessed it was Vicky's. He suddenly felt a tinge of jealous towards Vicky. How he wished it was his photo or him, the person she wished to share everything. But he knew he didn't deserve it because he ruined everything with his own hand.
Geet sensed someone and opened her eyes and looked around to see Maan. She was about to sit properly when he came and hold her shoulders and arm to make her lay back to previous position.
Maan : No Geet you need to take rest.
Geet : Mr. Khurana I just want to say that I hate anyone touching me other than my husband Vicky.
Maan : Sorry I just wanted to help you.
Geet : Did I ask you?
Maan : No. I'm sorry. How are you now?
Geet : I'm OK.
Maan : I came to remind you about the terms on contract.
Geet : When should I shift?
Maan : I'll pick up you and Muski on Monday.
Geet : OK anything else?
Maan : Geet can we be friends at least for these days?
Geet : No (Coldly)
Maan : Why? (Hurt)
Geet : I don't trust strangers so I keep away from them. Yash, Jai, Meera, Romeo and Manish are my friends.
Maan : Trying won't hurt?
Geet : I don't try on things I don't want to. I also want to say one thing to you.
Maan : What is it?
Geet : Don't try to cross your limits once we reach your home. We'll only have professional relationship. Muski will stay with us only for 3 days and then she'll go back to SM.
Maan : why is she going back? Everyone is there in KM for looking and taking care of her.
Geet : But I want her to stay with my family. I don't want her to get attached to your family.
Maan : I know I don't deserve her but why are you denying it towards my daadi? She just wanted to love my daughter, sorry I mean my biological child. (Hurt)
Geet : She'll get this Baby.
Maan : I didn't get you? What you mean?
Geet : Well after Muski's treatment you can have this baby. I think this child is enough for your Daadi to pamper the eldest pota's child.
Maan : You don't want this baby ?
Geet : This is your baby not Mine and Vicky's. I'm offering this baby to you on one condition.
Maan : what is it?
Geet : Once everything is fine, never come back to my and Muski's life. I know why you are doing all this but let me tell you one thing I'm only Vicky's and I only love him.
Maan : I know but I just want everything to be perfect for you and Muski.
Geet : Don't worry everything will be alright once my Muski is fine and we leave India.
Maan : Why are you leaving? Is it because of me?
Geet : This place only gave me sadness. It took my everything away. This place reminds me of bitter memories. Well I think we are done with talking, so see you on Monday Mr. Khurana.
Maan : Hmm. OK
Monday
Maan came to Sighania Mansion to take Geet and Muski with him. They were all crying as if Geet is leaving to her Sasural. Maan assured Singhanias that he'll take care of Geet and Muski. Maan entered the Mansion with Geet and sleeping Muski on her shoulder. Every single member of Khuruna family was in hall to welcome them including Atul and Pari. Atul and Pari looked at sleeping Muski curiously.
Atul : Ye kaun hai bade papa?
Maan : This is Muskhaan, your didi.
Pari : Aur ye aunty kaun hai?
Geet : I'm Geet, your guest. You can call me aunty.
Maan and others were hurt when they heard Geet telling Atul & Pari that she was their guest. Maan guided her and took her to her bedroom.
Maan : Geet, this is your bedroom. Hope you like it?
