The episodic format is proving to be a disaster. Am sure the Sunny track will be resolved because there is no way they will show Khanak in love with Sunny. But why show such a badly done episode?

In the Telly world, do people who write/direct so badly get punished? do they go out of work?
In any other field, mediocrity would not be tolerated.
Why is it allowed in our TV shows?
