Sorry about the delay in posting.
Every single moment i get distracted by kids or by phone but here we go with the first scene.

Scene 1

Viren looked at vandana with a guilty look stretched across his face.

Vandana cleared her throat and raised her eyebrows questioningly as it to say

Ye sab kya ho raha hai…

Viren and sidharth shook their heads in unison and tried to scamper away , but their path was blocked by Divya and Niveditha.

Vandana who looked shrewdly at Viren and then back at Sidharth held viren's ears

Ye kya ho raha tha viren…

Ye kya patti parayi ja rahi thi sidharth ko..

 

k.kuch nahi tayiji, hum tho, bas yunhi… viren started trying to think of an excuse..

antakshari khel rahe thay, interrupted sidharth… he looked at viren , asking him to follow along.

Ha.haan .. tayiji, bilkul… antakshari khel rahe thay viren said giving serious nods of agreement to sidharth's newly found inspiration.

 

Antakshari… vah , sach main , asked vandana skeptically

Lekin main tho koi gana nahi suna jismay divya aur niveditha ka naam bhi ho she asked giving them a questioning yet innocent look.

 

Tayiji… viren said, putting his arms around her shoulders..

Naya gana hai tayiji.. aapnay nahi suna hoga.

 

Vandana took viren's arms off her shoulders and held his ears once more

Naya gana? Ye naya gana hai? Mujhe nahi maloom ki thum konsay gaanay ka kichdi paka rahe thay, aur kisko kya gyan de rahe thay.

aa… ouch tayiji dheere kaan..

 

Viren all of a sudden turned and faced sidharth ,

dekha bhai, maine kaha tha na aapko ki bhabi ko aise ganay ga ker nahi pata sakthay hain, aaj aapko ho kya gaya hai. Pehlay chitti abh gana?????

 

Chi chi.. humaray khandan ka naam aapnay mitti main mila diya.. voh bhi ghee aur shakkar dal ker..  he said…

 

k..kya? Stammered sidharth.. maine? Viren..!

Divya.. ma.. maine aisa kuch nahi kiya.. Explained sidharth who looked as if he had been afflicted with the worst case of constipation.

 

Viren seriously went towards niveditah,

Chalo niveditha, main nahi chahtha ki main inki sangath main reh ker bigar jaaun. He said taking her hands and making a head towards the front section.

 

Sidharth who was left with divya and vandana gave them a shocked and confused expression.

Ma, sach main.. he started

Vandana burst out laughing and looked at divya, who had turned red and looked at the floor smiling.

With one last look at both of them vandana left.

 

Sidharth looked at divya , who brought her eyes up to meet his gaze.

He smiled at her and shook his head slightly. She looked at him with satisfaction. Sidharth came closer to her and held her hands and looked deeply into her eyes, which were moist with tears.

……..

The bus had come to a hault. They had finally reached the next destination, the Solang Valley.

 

The driver had made arrangements in the solang valley resort. It was a beautiful house located in the midst of snow-clad mountains and luscious green surroundings.

If one were to stand at a distance and look at the house it would seem as if the low and heavy clouds were slightly brushing the top section.

The resort was ideal as it had rooms that opened up the sight to rivers and glaciers.

Sidharth had asked the staff to escort Bhupat and Yashodhara into their best room that they had named as the Maharaja Superior Suite. Vandana had agreed to stay with them as it had an extra section built into it.

Chanchal and Jawahar had moved into their own room, which was the next best room of all the other rooms available at the resort.

We would like to book two more rooms for us, sidharth asked the resort manager.

Yes sir, one min please replied the manager punching some buttons onto his desktop.

We are sorry sir we have two different kinds of rooms available. Our special deluxe double rooms have been filled. 

Ok , konsay different rooms hay aapkay paas, continued sidharth .

Sir we have , a Honeymoon suite and one super deluxe single room, answered the manager.

At this sidharth looked at viren with a worried look.

Lekin .. .. aapkay paas dusra single room nahi hai?

No sir, we are extremely sorry. Ye tourist season honay ki vajay sey humara resort bohot jaldi fill ho jatha hai. Hum isiliye pehlay sey hi reservations open ker dethay hian.

Its ok. Teek hai humay voh dono room de dijiyega.. thank you said sidharth and he turned to viren

Abh kuch ker tho nahi sakthay , ek kaam karo suite thum le lo aur hum single room main chale jayengay sidharth said as he turned to the manager to instruct him .

 

Bhai its ok, aap aur bhabi suite main rahiye aur hum single room main rehengay.

Viren who was standing right next to niveditha, smiled mischievously and then said under his breath, waise single room ka maza alag hotha hai.

Hm? Kuch kaha viren , asked sidharth,

Kuch nahi bhai .. ok lets go.

They indicated the rest of the staff to take their bags into their respective rooms.

WOW... single room...Viren ki to nikal padi..

Suchiiiiiiii !!! Oh man just got time to read your first scene of the weekend !! Lolzzzzzzz !!! I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it !! Poor Sid, Viren is soooo naughty, got his bro into trouble and then ran away with Nivi !! haha !! so cute !! and the honeymoon suite and single room !! The minute I read it, I was like Viren will definitely ask for the single room, its more cozy !! He is such a badmash !!! Can't wait for the next scene suchi, you have me hooked as usual !!!  thank you for such a awesome start !!

That was fantastic. Viren is hilarious and poor Sid can't match up with his brother's wits. Aaj to Viren ki khuch jyada hi Nikal padi hai - single room. 😉 Thanks sweetie for doing this for us crazy hearts. Can't wait for more Viren's naughtiness. 😉

NivRen alone in single room......😲 😉 😳

Yaar Suchi amazing yaar and the single room thing reminded me of my honeymoon coz my husband booked honeymoon suite 3 months in advance and when we went there it was a bachelor suite with 2 double beds and I was in fits and my hubby was soooooooooo upset 😉😉😉😉 But we stayed in the same room as all other rooms were booked. Scene 2

Viren and niveditha enter into the escalator with sidharth and divya following them.

As the bellboy hits the number 3 they feel the elevator move upwards.

Viren looks at Niveditha who was looking at the bags and at the elevator interior. Then her gaze slides onto viren, passing him for a fraction of a second and then back to rest on his face.

The seconds seemed liked ages for both souls clasped together in the clouds of time.

Niveditha looked at him as she had never before, every detail of his face written in her heart with perfection.

The elevator stopped at level 3. The sudden jerk seemed to have woken both niveditha and viren.

She looked down , slightly putting the strand of her hair behind her ears. 

Ye humara level hai viren , hum adhay ghantay kay baad dada saheb kay room main milengay. Said sidharth,

Viren who was lost in niveditha's thoughts nodded.

Sidharth and divya leave with the bellboy who carried their luggage behind them.

Viren had refused for a bellboy as they had only bought a small bag with them. As sidharth and divya vanish from their view, viren hits the close button.

Niveditha waits for him to press 6 for their level.

Viren turns around with his back facing the buttons and looks at her intently.

 

The lack of sounds seemed to have aroused unknown rhythmic waves around them. Niveditha , who was avoiding all the sudden emotions that have erupted in her heart, went ahead to press the button.

She extended her hands without looking at viren towards the panel.

As she pressed the 6^th button, viren pressed 4 and 5, she looked at him with a hidden smile and she turned around.

As she took few steps forward she felt his hands on her shoulders. A sudden chill went through all over her body starting at the top of her neck heading down to the bottom of her spine.

Viren slowly came closer to her, with his hand still holding her shoulders with a strong grip. She could feel his closeness as his chest touched her back.

She had to be the most perfect person he had ever laid eyes on. Her magnificent head was bent down with the acceptance he had been waiting for all his life. He could not help himself notice her beautiful neck that was hidden behind her thick black hair. As he touched her hair the elevator made came to a hault at the level 4. Viren and niveditha looked up and with a sudden realization she sprinted to the other end.

Viren had proceeded to press the close button on the elevator as the doors closed; he looked at niveditha and moved towards her with measured steps.

As he reached towards, he lifted her chin with his index fingers and found niveditha's eyes closed and her eyebrows contracted. 

 

The time seemed to have frozen the beautiful sight in front of him. He relished her quivering lips, her rapid eyeball moments behind the gorgeous covering, her short and rapid paced breathing.

 

Moment had passed..

Niveditha looked up and found his gaze upon her. He did not even blink for a second. It seemed he had been waiting for her to open her eyes as he started bringing his face towards hers.

She looked at him and her eyes became moist. Viren noticed that and stopped an inch away from her.

Niveditha slowly shook her head in a no at which he moved back slowly and took his steps backward.

 

Wow, Suchitra, this has been such a treat for me because I have just read all three retreats at one go. It's like coming home on an un-birthday day and finding a huge big present waiting for you on the doorstep. Awesome. Brilliantly written as usual and gives me such a warm lovely feeling reading about the four characters and how things should really have been between them. Simply Amazing. Each and every scene was fabulous and I can't wait for the next scene. You write NivRen so amazingly well and you actually make DD a pleasure to read as well (which I can never even imagine doing in the show) Thanks for this lovely treat.
