OMG !!! What kins of brutality is this. Even the worst of criminals are not punished like this. This is jst out of law. This RV shud be hanged to death for taking such an inhuman step. Avi is going to beat him to death for sure. 😡😡😡 

That dayan who is torturing Arpi brutally should also be pay off. to obey the command of officer is another thing she is actually amusing this brutallness.😡
