CATS was the best...in fact, I have the title track of CATS. Yeah, sadly Kuljeet Randhawa and Nafisa Joseph commited suicide....

There were other reasonable detective shows on Indian TV too...starting from Byomkesh Bakshi to Avinash IPS, Raja aur Rancho etc...Star One was wonderfully in dishing out thrillers. Speical Squad, Guns and Roses, Siddhanth....and now look at it.

Words can't explain just how much I miss seeing him judge the show. He always gave the best feedback to contestants without putting anyone down. I suppose as long as he's back for DID3 I don't mind!
