Why didn't Jigar react when Rashi jumped with Joy on hearing that Koki was taking Kinjal to the Doctor?

Just shows (the character) doesn't have mean bone in his body, his like his mom, Hetal, they like things to go smoothly with no confrontation, while Kokila and her brood don't shy away from tension.
