Haan garam karke hi khaongi...Thanda soup waise hi acha nahi lagta 😛 Kal achaar khaya tha, isliye ache bacche ki tarah I drank adrak wala pani too... Itna toh chalta hai bus ek baar hi khaya naa 😳

Sanam, Doc ne doodh peene se mana kiya hai...No milk, no milk products aur naa hi coconut  Nahi, I don't drink tea...But I can somehow manage adrak wala pani...And the fool that I am, mujhe aaj office aate aate yaad aaya that Mumma ne mujhe dry adrak ka powder diya tha to mix with honey n eat everyday in the night to avoid any kind of throat infection..and maine abhi tak woh apne suitcase se nikala bhi nahi... This was from my trip to India in May 😳 Aaj ghar jaake dhoondna padega 😆

Nahi...Bcoz I have loads of mucus in my lungs... and all arnd my face too, isliye headache bhi bahut ho raha hai when it's all getting washed off. Lactose forms more mucus

steam liya karo...!!   i ordered one for myself (for my sinuses)... all you do is fill it up with water, and plug in it, and that's it... it helps with clearing the mucus...!  😊   easier than boiling the water on the stove top and all that... 😆
