Part 1
It was a beautiful rainy day and a very pleasant atmosphere. A very pretty girl opened her windows to this pleasant weather, her huge black eyes(whoever said that eyes perfectly reflected what the heart is like) as clear as the see-through rain-drops that were soon sprinkling on her face making her morning even more fresh and she smiled to the rain.....a weather which perfectlly reflected her nature in every sense and had always been her favourite weather too....ahh how peaceful she felt absorbing it.....
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The windows were soon closed down shut as he sensed the rain advancing and accelerating slowly........a weather which he regarded as childish(why did it have to dredge things around). He frowned a little at the few rain drops on himself and a few on the floor of his room immediate to the window.A mature adult that he regarded himself to be and most certainly was too and a very handsome one at that but quite ironically he had an innocent face like a child with very deep light brown eyes....and his eyes looked as determined as he was, being himself - as would have been Arjun's(of Mahabharata)...for he was PERFECT in every sense and confident
enough.... for he knew it too. He twisted his lips a little at the little mess in his otherwise perfectly arranged room and his dimples showed up on his face making him even more handsome....he cleaned it all to have his warm and cozy room back for him without any mess to have peace for his mind.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After watching rain peacefully for sometime now while listening to beautiful songs played by FM station in such a coveted weather by all, Nupur Bhushan suddenly had to shift her attention when she heard interruption in the music that enriched her time.....she had to turn to look back where she saw her little sister picking up her comforter and folding it and making her bed while she asked,"Di, tumhe office nahi jaana kya aaj?"
Nupur smiled at her sister who by the way behaved as her elder sister sometimes which was now no more surprising to her but amusing still. Nupur started to help her and started picking randomly-put-things on her bed in their right places and said,"arrey nahi, 2 din ki chutti hai, next project Monday ko milega mujhe" giving her a winning smile(though she had already passed out from college and taken up job about 6 months back but still traces of her childishness never left Nupur Bhushan and whoever knew her could vouch for it that it never will.......she felt victorious at having a holiday from work and her sister still having to go to college).
Gunjan frowned a little and said,"achcha"(now she felt even more unwilling to go to college not that she was very much willing earlier but now she wanted to spend sometime with her Di and have a holiday from studies too), "lekin mujhe toh college jaana hai na aaj, kamse kam Breakfast to karlo, Bauji kabse tumhara intezaar kar rahe hain..ya phir breakfast se bhi chutti hai?"
Nupur bit her tongue and said,"Bauji ko wait nahi karna chahiye naa"(though she loved to be carefree but never wanted to ignore such small moments with her loved ones as she had learned to be considerate from her Bauji) "achcha chal, chlate hain, bhook toh mujhe bhi kuch kuch lag rahi hai, aur waise bhi bhooke pet toh enjoyment bhi adhoori hai" and she pulled Gunjan's hand and lead her downstairs in such a hurry as if Nupur was the one who had come to call Gunjan and Gunjan alone was the one taking time to get downstairs.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mayank as usual was sitting on a Sofa across from his bed, busy reading some Business Magazines' latest edition when his mother came and stood in his doorway and shaked her head because she had imagined him to be doing exactly what he seemed to be doing now. She went near him and sat beside him on sofa and ruffled his hair and said,"Good Morning Mayu"
He tried to duck her hand only after she had already ruffled his hair and given him a very sweet smile which made him smile too and he replied,"Good Morning Maa" while setting his hair straight again and turning back towards book.
She asked him,"Mayu aaj kitne baje uthe?"
Mayank still busy reading,"Subah 6 baje"
Shilpa Sharma, being Mayank Sharma's mom, had this routine daily to ask him these questions every morning as she was accustomed to her son who believed in speaking very less, not that he was totally silent and introvert(not to his mother atleast), but generally preferred speaking less and working and keeping himself busy more. She again asked as customary for her,"Jogging pe gaye the?"
Mayank replied(as had become customary for him too),"haan maa"
Shilpa Sharma again asked,"Breakfast kiya?"
Mayank(smiled a bit at his mother's attempts to strike a conversation with him everday which amused him very much ) said,"haan maa, roz ki tarah kha liya"
Shilpa Sharma snatching the book from his hands,"hmm, matlab tu mujhe yahan se jaane ko keh raha hai? tu khud hi apna itna khayal rakh leta hai aur mera aur tere dad ka bhi, toh main soch rahi hoon ki tujhse kis baat ki complain karu, apni age dekh aur kuch toh mauka de mujhe complain karne kaa, aakhir mujhe bhi haq hai apne bete ko daatne ka"(making a dramatically sad face and showing her imaginary concerns to him)
Mayank smiled at his mother's way of complimenting him for being the way he is and he adored his mom for being so cool and filling his life with motivations at every single step of it and always a positive one at that, he looked up from the book and said, "Maa ab main kya kar sakta hoon tumne bhi toh mujhe mauke nahi diye complain ke, tit for tat" he said going with the flow and smiled widely while getting his book back from his mom...
Shilpa Sharma knew she had got her morning dose of a starting her day with a fresh mind to catch up on a long day at hand at work, she worked at a Charity now after she had taken an early retirement.Had taken up charge of her husband's Charity foundation while he kept busy in his business ventures now supported by his son too, he had joined only recently.
She said, "Neeche aaja, tere dad tera wait kar rahe hain, unhone kaha ki aaj tum dono ki koi important meeting hai"
Mayank replied closing his book, "haan, chaliye chalte hain, Never be late" and the both left for downstairs.
