Try not to overstress your body as you may damage them if not properly executed; especially the back n certain joints.
If properly done then it's fine. I have seen some sports gym injuries.

I wanted to go out and see some friends but I feel my thighs are weak .... I have to hairstyle but I lack motivation ..... I have just sent a last documen for my school.....I have so many projects - don't know if I want to come bck to my island...I'll see - Time will tell the tale.....

the right side of my face is hurting - it's been like this since some hours....in the neck - the cheek..I don't know why..and now my back is aching ...I think my body is tired......

I was concerned that you may overdo things

I have overdone and I don't sleep well that is why...my face's no longer hurting - hours ago whenever I laughed it was aching a bit. I still feel the pain but less. I guess i's physical weakness.

Ah careful to ensure you have proper nutrition and also water.
