LOL Malinga tho nahe...I think two or three month before I went to participate a Desert party there  I saw someone who is used to kill the innocent white goats...hmm that scene stuck in my mind...Big smile

Although I'm an Organic Chemist but I am not in heath care field. Therefore I have lots of useless knowledge and information. LOL
 
Since you are in India, this diet program may not be easy for you to prepare and you may have to replace a couple of items. Anthother issue will be that I don't know if you are a vegetarian or non veg. this diet program is for non veg. 
If you are vegetarian I will ask you to replace tuna with Tofu(soya cheese) and hot dogs with fat free cheese and eggs with cottage cheese. (one egg = 50 gms = 50 gms cottage cheese)
Even if you are non veg. I will not advise you to buy hot dogs in India due to the hot weather conditions as they spoil very quickly and we don't have effective storage facility there.
 
Must be followed exactly. lose 10 pounds in three days.
 
Day One: 850 calories...
 
Day Two 1040 calories...
 
 Day three  840 calories...
 
 you can go to your regular diet on day 4, 5 , 6 and 7. and follow the same next week. If you like you can continue for max. 4 weeks. No snaks beween meals, no soft drinks or candy.
Where there are vegitables given, you can steam them.

This is both talent n memory.

Walnuts are good for the brains, when opened looks like one too.

Faces are easier to remember than names.
I love to memorize those persons close to me, their faces, voices, personality, etc not just 3 D or 5 D image but something very much alive.

This program is for American people who usually take 3500 calories or more per day. Yes a 190 Lbs person  in North America can lose upto 10 Lbs in 3 days but a skinny person like you who weighs only 128 Lbs doesn't need to go throgh this program.
Let me correct your math! LOLOne can only lose 40 Lbs in a month because you are doing it only 3 days per week.Smile
