Yeah some states have it at 14. Yeah, you shouldn't have been lazyTongue

don't even get me started about the summer. I have to intern at 2 places over a period of time, plus I have to study for SAT. Dad told me to look over some JEE trig problems as well. So not gonna be easy, I thought I'll relax after a tough year. Guess notOuch Anyway, g2g

Diet - to be used as breakfast only.
 
Things you need: one medium bowl, a medium cup and a hand blender.
 
A. Fat free cottage cheese(available at grocery stores) Cold pressed Flax Oil (not regular, available at drug store), Soya milk.

Method of blending:
 
Put 3 table spoons of Flax oil in a big bowl + 6 table spoons( not overfilled spoon) of cottage cheese - mix them well with blender for 40 to 50 seconds, to make a homogenized paste. put some soya milk(30 to 40 ml.) in a cup and use it to clean the blender and add it to your paste and mix them with a spoon. Now add 2 table spoons of crushed nuts and fruit cuts in to your bowl. your breakfast is ready and you must eat it within 30 minutes otherwise it will lose its nutrients.
 
Use only fat free milk or 1% milk.
aviod alcohol, coffee,  red meats, tobacco and fast food.
 
You know if we can contol our intake(food) we can avoid numerous helth problems. Our liver and digestive system is not design to process modern day food.

Why only as breakfast?  This is the third time this week that  I ve had flax seeds recommended as a part of a diet ! Need to try it out. Nuts and fruits sound good. I ll skip the soya milk though as I dont like it.Thanks for the recipe Jaspal. The benefits of a controlled diet are many if only we could stay with it long enough!
 
Yes only and only as breakfast because:
We have been fasting for at least 9/10 hours and its a known fact that our system absorbs these essential amino acids and omega 3 fatty acids better only in the morning. Flax seed oil is very rich in unsaturated alpha linolenic acid, oleic and palmitic acids which have some wonderful antioxidant properties. Further more our liver will store more vitamins and minerals like iron and copper which dry fruits contain.
This diet is a kind of medicine! If you're looking for a dieting program, I can also post a three day healty diet program for you.Smile  
You must be a dietician Jaspal ! A diet program would be welcome especially if it happens to be something that is quick and easy to prepare LOL

Although I'm an Organic Chemist but I am not in heath care field. Therefore I have lots of useless knowledge and information. LOL
 
Since you are in India, this diet program may not be easy for you to prepare and you may have to replace a couple of items. Anthother issue will be that I don't know if you are a vegetarian or non veg. this diet program is for non veg. 
If you are vegetarian I will ask you to replace tuna with Tofu(soya cheese) and hot dogs with fat free cheese and eggs with cottage cheese. (one egg = 50 gms = 50 gms cottage cheese)
Even if you are non veg. I will not advise you to buy hot dogs in India due to the hot weather conditions as they spoil very quickly and we don't have effective storage facility there.
 
Must be followed exactly. lose 10 pounds in three days.
 
Day One: 850 calories.
 
Breakfast:
 
1/2  grapefruit
1 slice toast
2 tbs. peanut butter
black tea or coffee.
 
Lunch:
1/2 cup Tuna (125 gms)
1 slice toast
black tea or coffee.
 
Dinner:
2 slice cold meat (50 gms.)
1 cup string beans
1 cup beets
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream.
 
Day Two 1040 calories
 
Breakfast
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 slice toast + black tea or coffee
 
Lunch
1 cup cottage cheese
5 salted crackers
 
Dinner
2 hot dogs
1 cup broccoli (if not available in India, use spinach or palak) 
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
 
Day three  840 calories.
 
Breakfast
5 salted crackers
1 slice chadder cheese
1 small apple
black tea or coffee
 
Lunch
1 egg hard boiled
1 slice toast
 
Dinner
1 cup tuna
1 cup beets
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 Cantaloupe(kharbuga)
1/2 cup ice cream.
 
you can go to your regular diet on day 4, 5 , 6 and 7. and follow the same next week. If you like you can continue for max. 4 weeks. No snaks beween meals, no soft drinks or candy.
Where there are vegitables given, you can steam them.

Damn, he is SUCH a versatile actor! I would've preferred Keira Knightley over Penelope Cruz though that wasn't possible given the storyline.
