Kkavanjali had other actor who essays d role of Kkavya who fell ill and said some things in media which Ekta didn't like. Eijaz was going to do Prem's role in KZK that time and was almost finalized but due to the other actor statement Eijaz was brought in KA as lead and he replaced the old one. Manoj was den finalized to play Prem role in KZK.
