See guys like I said they have never gone to a track just like that.....THEY KNOW audience ahve major hopes from this track....I want this to be a promo.....only then can the story make logical sense...

The thing about raising your voice is dual...

it is heard by the one it is intended for

and by you yourself

becos if the person who it is intended for does not do anything about it

its time for you to do something about it

and in this case it would mean

stop hoping or stop watching or come up with a new halla bol and raise it up a notch...

Yeah so the more the people Halla Bolling, the more the energy sent out and thus the more the chances of the Forces That Be being forced to bow down to the greater, more rational demands.
