EVERYTIME a track has been introduced it has always started with a precap for weeks which actually becomes a PROMO...
agreed this precap looks less 'polished' than the others....
BUT I am still HALLA BOLLINg
TEECH...HALLA BOL...literally means RAISE YOUR VOICE...
it was a standard MO during the days of street plays in India....and usually in street plays with anti-establishment themes....a couplet was devised for every halla bol...Indian theatre with anti-establishment themes have always used HALLA BOL as a devise to get the message across....
