Chapter 66 and Name Voting
"Can we meet her now doctor?" prem asked anxiously. "We have to run a few tests and check to make sure she is ok, then we will shift her to a new room and then you will be able to meet her," the doctor told him. He had waited for a month'but these few minutes felt unbearable. He wanted to see his angel'his heer. He wanted to see her'hold her'comfort her in his arms'do the things he wasn't able to do from the past month. After a couple minutes, two nurses came and took the babies inside to give some shots that were needed. Right after that, a nurse came down and took them upstairs to heer's new room. Prem, along with the family, entered the room. Walking in, he saw her sitting up on the bed. She looked weak, but he was glad to have her back. Seeing him, she smiled. At that moment, he felt alive seeing the most important thing he has missed from the past month. He has missed her smile which lit up his whole life'which erased all his tensions'which gave him strength to fight with the world. He didn't say anything'his eyes told the story of what he went through from the past month. She knew that she can never forgive herself for making him go through what he did, but they both knew what the future was to bring'happiness! He walked up to her and engulfed her in his arms never wanting to let go. She smiled hugging him. She had missed loosing herself in his arms where she felt most peaceful and the safest. Minutes later, they broke apart. "agar tum theek nahi hoti toh mujhe pyaar keh upar se baroosa uth jaata," he told her. "I missed you," she said as she looked at him. "tumare bina sabh adura hogaya tha beta'hum sabh toh dar hi gaye the," gayatri said as tears welled up in her eyes thinking about the past month. Heer felt sad, "ma please aap rohiye mat'aabh toh sabh theek hogaya haina'.please," she said as she looked at prem. "ma'aap kuch galat nahi hogaya'sabh theek hogaya hai," prem said as he stood up and comforted his mother. As all the family members met her and told her how happy they were to have her back, heer's eyes searched for them. Why were they? If everyone was here then why weren't they? She thought. She hadn't seen them in a month and she couldn't wait anymore. "prem'humare bacche kaha hai?" she asked him. "woh neeche nurse keh saath hai'main abhi jaake ley aata hoon," prem said and left. "its glad to have you back bhabhi," meher said as she gave heer a hug. "its glad to be back," heer said smilingly. "ha heer'tumare bina toh ghar bahut suna hogaya tha'aur prem ne toh jaise jeena hi chodiya tha," kulraj said as heer felt her heart prick.
At that moment, prem walked in with the two kids in his arms. She looked at him, anxious to see them. He walked up to her and gave her the baby boy first and then he placed the baby girl in her lap. Heer felt a special feeling inside...she felt complete. She felt like a mother today...she was the mother of the man she loves and life could not be better than that moment with her love beside her and the symbol of their love in her arms. Their bundles of joy cuddled in her arms as she looked up and smiled at him. "yeh tume hi doond rahe the itne dino se," he said as everyone smiled. "aaj mera sapna saach hogaya," she said happily. Looking around, "prem'ash kaha hai?" heer asked as she saw everyone but her. "woh heer'ash india wapaas chali gayi," he replied. "wapaas chali gayi? Heer asked surprised that ash had left her in the condition she was in. "baba koh uski bahut zaroorat thi issliye woh unke paas chali gayi," prem said. "mujhe baba se baat karni hai itne din hogaye," heer said. "maine phone kiya tha heer par lagtha woh sabh sohrahe hai'kisine phone nahi uthaya," prem said. "hum ghar jaake unne phir phone kardenge'tum chinta mat karo," gayatri said. "prem'doctor se poocho na'mujhe ghar jaana hai," she said. she was tired of laying on the bed and now, she want to be normal again. She wanted to go back to her home and start living with her family. "doctor ne abhi kuch kaha nahi hai'main baat karta hoon," he said. "toh abhi karona prem'mujhe jald se jald jaana hai," she pouted like a kid. He smiled, "theek hai'main abhi jaata hoon," he said as she smiled. The doctor told prem that he could take heer home that evening and that everything was fine now. Prem was excited'his happiness had no bounds. He could take her back home. He could take his angel back into their world and starting living again. He was tired of being in the room alone where her memories haunting him. He wanted to take her in a world where only happiness waited. "you are lucky prem'you did win," the doctor said. "thank you doctor'for everything," he said with a smile as he walked out of the room. As he told the family that they could take heer home, they couldn't wait. The family members told prem and heer that they would go home and get everything ready but the truth was that they wanted to leave the couple alone so they could talk after so long. As she put the kids to sleep, she saw him sitting on the chair lost in thoughts. "prem'kya huwa?" she asked. "kuch nahi'bas," he said. "dar gaye the'tume kya laaga main tume itni jaldi chod keh chali jaungi'saath janam ka rishta hai aur main usse itni asaani se jaane nahi dongi," she said. "aabh se tumari kohi zidd nahi chalegi'khabhi nahi," he said. "I am sorry prem'main jaanti ho keh meri wajase'," she said "shhh," he said placing his finger on her lips. "hum aabh pichle baate bilkul bhi nahi karenge. Sabh bhul jao heer'sabh kuch. Sirf humari acchi yaadein lekar hume aage badna hai. aage sirf kushiya humari aur humare baccho ki intezaar karahe hai," he said as she threw herself in his arms with tears in her eyes. "hey'aabh kohi aansoo nahi'not even one," he said wiping her tears. "yeh toh'," she said. "khushi keh aansoo hai," he said as she looked at him. "aabh toh humare doh doh bacche hai'hum toh yeh bahaana bhi purana hogaya hai'nahi line doond ni padegi," prem said. "prem'" she said as she slightly hit his arm and they both giggled.
After some time, heer wanted to talk to balraj and ash so prem dialed the number and gave her the phone as it was ringing. As someone picked up the phone, "hello'baba?" heer said. "heer!" he said on the other line. He couldn't believe it. His prayers were answered and his daughter was finally back. "heer'tum hi hona?" he asked not believing it was her. "ha baba'aap kaise hai?" she asked. "main theek hoon'tu theek haina beta? Saach baata'kya huwa tha?" balraj said. "baba'aabh main theek hoon'saach mein," she said. "mujhe toh yakeen nahi horaha tha keh meri bacchi aise haalat mein hai'saari raat neend nahi aati thi'sirf teri yaad aati thi aur main toh waha aa bhi nahi saktha tha," he said as tears rolled down her cheeks. Prem sat next to her consoling her. "baba please rohiye mat'main theek hoon'mujhe aap sabh keh pyaar ne bacha liye hai," she said. "heer'ash kehrahi thi keh teri tabeyat bahut garaab rehti thi'kya tujhe yeh sabh hone wala hai paata tha?" balraj asked. Heer sat there shocked'she didn't know what to tell him. "aisa kuch nahi baba'aur waise bhi main theek hogayi hona toh aabh iss sabh ka kya matlab hai'ash kaha hai? mujhe usse baat karni hai," heer said trying to change the topic. "ash ghar peh nahi hai'bahaar gayi hai'mujhe tujhse baat karni thi," he said. "ha baba'kahiye na," she said. "tujhse bahut jald india aana padega," he said. "kyun?" she asked. "mujhe aisa lagtha hai keh ash ki shaadi bahut jald tyaar hojayegi," ash said. "saach? Ash ne aapko baata diya?" heer asked. "nahi'par main usse bahut jald baat karne wala hoon," he said as a smile crept up on heer's face. "ash toh bahut khush hogi yeh sunkar'jab woh wapaas aaye'mujhe phone kijiye ga," heer said. "ha main usse kahonga'aapna aur baccho ka khayal rakna," balraj said as he hung up the phone. "kya huwa?" prem asked seeing heer so happy. "baba ash se uski shaadi ki baat karne wale hai aur ash unne preet keh baare mein baata dehgi'main bahut khush ho keh unka rishta finally aage badraha hai," heer told him. "saach?" prem asked as he was also happy for his brother and ash. "ha prem'baba ne kaha keh hume bahut jald India aane padega. Meri wajase preet aur ash ne unke rishte koh sabh se chupa kar raaka aur uske liye main khabhi apne aapko maaf nahi karsakthi," she said. "heer'maine kaha na'beeti baatein bhul jao'aabh toh sabh theek hojayega. Tume paata hai preet bahut hi responsible hogaya hai. pichle meine se wohi saare office ka kaam dekh raha hai," prem said. "shayad tum theek kehrahe hoon. Mauka dekhar main bhi ma aur babuji se baat karongi apni devarani aur iss ghar ki choti bahu koh humare ghar koh leyaane kehliye," heer said as they both smiled happily thinking about their siblings and how happy they will be when they find out about their marriage.
Hours passed and it was almost time for sunset. Kiran returned to the hospital so he can take prem and heer home. Gayatri didn't want heer to handle two kids all the way home so she decided that kiran could drive while prem heer could take care of the kids. On the way home, while their son slept peacefully in the car seat, the baby girl was crying. Heer tried to quiet her down but nothing seemed to work. Even prem tried, but his try went in vain too. "yeh toh bilkul vishaal jaise hai. woh bhi aise hi bahut taang karta tha aur yeh toh abhi choti hai'wait for a couple more months," kiran said as heer smiled. After some time, heer finally put her little angel to sleep and just minutes later, the car pulled up into the juneja mansion driveway. Heer smiled looking at her home that she hasn't seen in a month long time. As they walked to the door with prem and heer each carrying one child, the doors opened and gayatri stood there with a pooja ki thali with the whole family behind her. As gayatri did the aarti, prem and heer looked at each remembering the day then they had stepped into the house for the first time. A lot has changed since then. That day, they were two people tied together by destiny still waiting to know each other well. And today, they were two hearts in one soul and they also had the two symbols of their love with them. Finishing the aarti, gayatri placed a tikka on all four of them. "tumare bina yeh ghar adura hai beta'aaj mere ghar ki lakshmi iss ghar ki khushiyo keh saath wapaas aarahi hai," gayatri said as she patted heer's cheek and welcome them in. gayatri couldn't thank god enough that he had listened to their prayers and given them back their precious gift'the person who ties all relationships together'who complete their family'who was given to their house from god himself when he had tied her son's destiny with heer. She couldn't imagine life without her and didn't want to either. As prem and heer were about to go to their room to put the kids asleep, "aree'kya jaarahe ho?" kulraj asked stopping them. "woh inn dono koh bed peh sohlake aati ho," heer said. "aap dono nahi jaasakthe," meher said as prem and heer looked at her confused. "matlab? Kyun?" prem asked. "hum dono keh gifts nikaliye phir hum baata yenge kyun," meher said as she giggled. "kaisi gifts? Meher tujhe toh bahaana chahiye kisiko thang karne ka," prem said as heer smiled. Right then, gayatri walked up to them, "tum dono kyun thang karahe ho prem aur heer koh'abhi abhi toh aayi hai heer," she said. "ma'bhabhi se mazaak toh chaltha hai'kyun bhabhi?," meher said. "ha'maine yeh sabh bahut miss kiya hai aur mujhe bahut accha lagraha hai," heer said. "tum dono jao beta," gayatri said. As prem and heer were about to go towards the guest room, when gayatri stopped them, "kaha jaarahe ho tum dono?" she asked. "ma'aapne hi toh kaha kamre mein jaane kehliye," heer told her. "ha'par tum log waha kyun jaarahe ho'tum dono upar jao'tum logo keh asli kamre mein," gayatri said as both prem and heer looked at her surprised. "tum dono koh kya laaga hum yaha subhe se kya karahe the'humne saare cheeze upar wale kamre mein shift kardiya hai," kulraj said. "jao jao'aaplogo ka kamra aapke liye wait karaha hai," meher teased and everyone chuckled. Prem and heer walked upstairs and walked into their room. The moments they have spend in the room flashed back to them as they walked in. "kitne din hogaye yaha aakar," heer said. "ha'par aaj bhi yeh kamre mein ek baat waisi hi hai'humara pyaar aur uski yaadein," he said as they smiled at each other. Later, the family sat together in the living room and just enjoyed the company of each other as they haven't been able to do this in a month. As heer sat down for dinner, their baby girl started to cry again and heer had to leave dinner and go to her. Prem offered to go too, but heer told him to have dinner and not to leave the food in the middle. After finishing his dinner, prem took heer's dinner upstairs so she can eat. He walked in with the tray of food to see heer walking back and forth with the girl. "kya huwa?" he said. "humari pyaari beti koh mama keh haath se alag rehna pasand nahi hai. neeche rako toh phir se rohna shuru karti hai," heer said looking at her daughter who was staring at heer with her big eyes. "tum usse mujhe dehdo aur khaana khale na," prem said. As heer gave her to prem, screams started and she started to cry again. Heer took her back. "its ok'main baad mein khalongi," she said as she tried to quiet her again. Prem took the plate of food and walked up to her. "tum usse samalo main tume samalonga'I mean main tume khala donga," he said as he offered her food. As prem fed her, heer put their daughter to sleep again.
As heer came back after putting their daughter to sleep in the crib in the kids room, "dekha issliye maine kaha tha keh mujhe beta chahiye," he said teasingly. "very funny'humari beti na bilkul apne puppa peh gayi hai mujhe thang karne mein," she said getting mad at him as she sat on the bed. He moved close to her, "aree'tum toh naraaz hogayi'main mazaak karaho," he said hugging her from behind. She smiled, "paata hai prem mujhe aabh paata chal raha hai keh ek bacche koh uski ma ki kitni zaroorat hoti hai. meri ma jab mujhe chod keh chali gayi thi toh main bahut akeli hogayi thi. Baba ne hume sabh diya par ek ma ka pyaar toh ma hi dehsakthi haina," she said remembering her mother and how lonely she felt when she lost her in that accident. "heer'main shayad tumara yeh dard khabhi nahi samaj paunga'par yeh soocho keh tumari ma jaaha bhi hai tume dekh rahi hogi aur unne yeh aansoo bilkul bhi acche nahi lagenge," he said as he wiped her tears and hugged her to comfort her. To change her mood, "accha'yeh batao kya tumne humare baccho ka naam soocha hai?" prem asked. "naam," she said as she came out of the hug and looked at him. "ha'ek meine hogaya hai'aabh toh hume unka naam rakdena chahiye," prem said. Heer thought for a few minutes, "humare bete ka naam armaan kaisa rahega?" she said. "hmmm'nahi heer kuch aur sooch the hai," prem said. "how about humare beti kehliye nishika," heer said. prem didn't like that either. Heer kept suggesting and prem went refusing. Then, he suggested and heer didn't like those names. They only had two kids and a lot of names that they liked so that was a problem. "hume na internet mein doond na chahiye," he said. "nahi'waha saare names bahut old fashioned hote hai," heer said. "tumare suggestions se toh better rahenge," prem said as she looked at him shocked. "kya kaha tumne?" she asked. "kuch bhi toh nahi'maine kya kaha," he said acting innocent. "tum mera mazaak udarahe ho'ruko baata thi ho," she said as she started to chase him. Prem got up and started to run from his wife. "prem'ruko," she said as she ran around the bed. To escape prem moved the right and heer ran back and caught him off guard. Prem's feet got stuck in the carpet on the floor and he fell on the bed pulling heer with him. "prem'kya karahe ho'.mujhe tumse kohi baat nahi karni'chodo mujhe," she said as she tried to get away from him. Instead of letting her go, he tightened her hold around her waist and turned so that she was the on the bed and he was on top of her. He moved her hair that has fallen on her face with his finger tips behind her ears. Seeing his eyes filled with the love and passion, all her anger melted away. After so long, he was close to her that she could hear his heart beat. "maine yeh sabh bahut miss kiya hai yeh pichle kuch meino mein," he said. "kya'mujhe thaang karna?" she asked. "nahi'tume aisa haaste huwe aur sharmate huwe dekhna," he said as a blush crept up her cheeks. "I love you," she said as she wrapped her arms around his neck. "I love you too," he said as he engulfed her in a hug. Lost in his arms, she didn't know when she fell asleep as she was tired. He saw her sleep in his arms and he wanted to hold that moment in his hands, never to let go. After knowing about her health, he had lost hope'he never thought that he would see this day. He saw the peaceful smile he loved was back on her face and he didn't want to miss seeing it. Later, he also fell asleep. During the night, heer woke up a couple times because of the kids. She didn't want to wake prem up as she knew that he was sleeping peacefully after a long time so she didn't want to disturb him. She took the kids in their room and quieted them down. It didn't matter how much her kids troubled her, she wanted to do this and when she took them in her arms and they looked at her, everything seemed special'everything perfect.
The clock struck 6 in the morning and her eyes open to face the sun. She saw her husband sleeping next to her, she smiled looking at him. She slowly got up and took her clothes from the closet so she could take a shower and change. After about 30 minutes, she stood in the mandir doing the aarti with the family behind her, except prem who was still sleeping. After doing the aarti, she turned to give Prasad to lalit and gayatri. "tumari aarti sune bina hum sabh ka din shuru hi nahi hota tha'bas chale jaate the," lalit said as heer took his aashirwaad. "ha heer'aaj bahut accha lagraha hai meri bahu koh wapaas paakar aur tumari aarti sunkar bhi," gayatri said as heer smiled. "prem kaha hai?" kulraj asked. "woh sohraha tha'main jaake dekh thi ho," heer said. "baccho ne thaang toh nahi kiya beta kal raat?" gayatri asked concerned. "bas thoda ma bahut nahi," heer said as she left to wake up prem. Walking in, she saw him still cuddled into the blanket. "prem'" she called out but he didn't respond. "prem'utho'subhe hogaye hai'office bhi toh jaana haina," she said as she shook him but no response. Heer didn't know what to do to wake him up. She kept the thaali on the night table and she turned to go to the kids when a hand grabbed. He pulled her back and her wet hair hit his face. "ouch," she said as she fell on him. "good morning," he said caressing her cheek. "prem'chodo..darwaaza kulla hai aur mujhe baccho koh bhi dekhna hai," heer said. "nahi'meri biwi itne dino keh baad itne pyaar se mujhe uta rahi hai'toh main usse kaise jaane dekhsaktha hoon," he said nuzzling her cheek as she blushed. "prem'kya karahe hoon? Kohi aajayega," she said. "kohi nahi aayega," he whispered as he nuzzled her ear. As he traced his nose down to shoulder in the corner of her nape, her fresh lavender scent intoxicating him, she felt a shiver down her spine. She hasn't had him so close in months. She wrapped her hands around his neck and he kissed her neck. Moving up, he slowly nibbled her bottom lip. She caressed his hair and that escalated his desire to feel her, caress her, and make love to her again. He kissed her lips slowly and she responded to him with much more passion. They increased the passion of the kiss and lost themselves in each other. Right then, they heard holler from the other room and they quickly broke apart. Heer smiled, "aur tume laaga kohi nahi aayega," she said teasing him. "ha ha mazaak udalo'jao tumari pyaari beti tume bula rahi," he said as he let her go. "tum bhi fresh hojao," she said as she left to see the kids. Later, heer calmed the kids down and dressed them for the new day. As they sat at the dining table eating breakfast, "mujhe lagtha hai keh hume kal hi baccho ka naam karan karlena chahiye aur phir shaam koh party bhi rakle," gayatri suggested. "idea toh accha hai...kyun prem?" lalit said. "ha babuji kyun nahi'aabh toh sabh theek hogaya hai'par tayaari bhi toh karni hai," prem said. "uski chinta tum mat karna'hum sabh karlenge'tum aur heer apne dohno baccho keh saath rest karo," kulraj said. "ha bhaiya'hum saare arrangements karlenge'don't worry," preet said. "ha..aabh toh tu sabh karne laaga hai'aaj main office aaraha hoon," prem said. "no PB'bhabhi kal hi aayi hai'hum unke saath rahiye'main dekh longa," preet said. "tumari bhabhi hi chathi hai keh main office jao," prem said as heer smiled. "kyun heer?" gayatri asked. "ma aap jaanti haina keh prem koh uske office aur files keh kitna pyaar hai'woh itne dino se theek se office nahi gaya hai'main chathi ho keh woh wapaas phele jaise rehne lage," heer said. She already had enough guilt buried in her heart. At least now, prem could live a normal life again doing the things he did before their problems started. After breakfast, prem was getting ready for the office and heer walked in to see him struggling with his tie. "prem'main help kardo?" she said. He walked up to her and she smiled as she fixed his tie. "tum paata hai tum humare baccho se bhi chote bacche ho" she said. "accha'kyun? Kyun ki mujhe tumari help chahiye meri tie bandne mein?" prem asked. "nahi'kyun ki tum bhi mujhe unki taara pareshaan karte ho aur mujhe woh bahut acche lagtha hai. Aur main tumse bhi bahut pyaar karti hoon," heer said pinching his cheeks. "kya baat hai? bahut pyaar aaraha hai aapne pati peh Mrs. Juneja'kaho toh main office nahi jao'waise bhi preet hai waha," prem said pulling her close to him. "nahi Mr. juneja'aap jayiye'main aapka yaha intezaar karongi," she said as she moved him away. "main shaam koh jaldi wapaas aajaunga phir hum baccho keh naam keh baare mein sooch the hai," he said and she nodded. "take care'bye," he said as he kissed her forehead before leaving for the office.
Later in the afternoon, heer was up in her room playing with her baby boy as the girl was asleep. The other junejas were resting in their rooms after lunch, some taking a small nap. Right then, they heard the door bell rang, "iss waqt kyon aaya hai?" she wondered as she took the child in his arms and went downstairs. As she reached the living room, she smiled seeing the person sitting on the couch. "aree Harman'tum," she said as she walked up him. "kaise ho bhabhi?" Harman said as he stood up. "main theek hoon'tum kaise ho?" she said. "I am fine'these are for you," she said as she handed her the white lilies. "thank you so much!" heer said as she took the flowers. "issme thanks ki kohi zaroorat nahi hai," he said. "nahi sirf flowers kehliye nahi'prem ne mujhe baata keh tumne mujhe blood diya'uskehliye," she said. "uskehliye bhi aapko thanks kehne ki zaroorat nahi hai'aap toh meri baadi behen jaisi hai," he said as heer smiled. "tum baito'main tumare liye kuch snacks laati hoon," heer said. "nahi..aap baitiye na," he said. "main abhi aayi," she said. "may I ?" he said as he looked at the little cute boy. "are you sure tum isse samal paunge," heer said. "kosish karonga," he said as heer carefully gave him the boy. Right then, meher came down the stairs, "hey'whatz up?" she said. "hey'bas bhabhi koh dekhne aaya tha," Harman replied. "tum dono bait kar baatein karo'main aati hoon," heer said and left for the kitchen. "tum bacche bhi uta sakthe ho?" she said as they took a seat. "bahut zyada nahi par thodi se experience hai'main bachpan mein apne couisins koh utane ki kosish karta tha," he said as she smiled. "mujhe toh dar lagtha hai kyunki bahut chota haina," meher said as the kid grabbed her finger. "par cute bhi hai," Harman said. "woh toh dono hai," meher said. "hey'prom is in a two days..kya soocha hai?" he asked. "I am not sure Harman'after what has happned'I don't know," meher said. She had told him that she didn't want to go to prom since heer was in the hospital and the family was in tension and she just couldn't get that out of her head and go enjoy. "But meher aabh toh sabh theek hogaya haina'don't you think you need a change of environment," he said since he knew how depressed she has been from the past month. "paata nahi Harman'I haven't even gotten a dress for it and its in two days," meher said. Harman smiled, out of all the reasons she could come up with, this was hers. He could stop but chuckle at her innocence. "muskura kyun rahe ho?" she asked. "so you don't want to go?" he asked. Before she could answer, "kaha jaane ki baat horahi hai?" heer asked as she walked in with a tray of cookies, chips, and juice for Harman. "kuch nahi bhabhi," meher said as Harman looked at her. "meher'jhoot bolna hai toh kosish bhi mat karna. Harman'tum batao," she said as she turned to Harman. He didn't know what to say, "woh bhabhi'woh'we were just talking about going to the prom?" he said honestly. "were? Matlab tum aabh nahi jaarahe ho?" heer asked placing the tray on the table and took a seat. "ha bhabhi'humne plan cancel kardiya hai," meher said. "kyun?" she asked. "bas aise hi," meher said. "meher'main jaanti hoon keh tum kyun nahi jaana chathi par main chathi ho keh tum jao," heer said. "par bhabhi," meher said. "meher please'mere liye'mujhe accha lagega," heer said. Meher didn't want to hurt heer after all she has been through, "ok main jaungi par mere paas kohi dress nahi hai," she said as both Harman and heer laughed.
The rest of the day the family was making preparations while heer took care of the kids. She was still getting used to handling two kids at once. Parenting of one child was hard, but two was way more than hard. Sometimes, they were both quiet and playing, but at others, when one started to cry then they both started. Preet returned soon to help the family for the pooja and party tomorrow. Prem also returned home soon that evening so he could help heer with the kids and spend some time with the kids. Walking in, he saw the commotion in the living room with everyone on the phone calling guests, decorators, caterers, etc. Heer was on the couch with gayatri and the kids. Prem walked up to them, "lagtha hai tayaari bahut acche se chalrahi hai," he said. "ha'almost sabh kuch hogaya hai'tum baito'main tumare liye chai laati hoon," gayatri said and left from there. "so'how are my little prince and princess?" prem asked as he took a seat next to heer. "mazaa karahe hai'humara beta bahut hi quiet hai aur calm bhi. Par beti '," she said. "bahut thaang karti hai," prem interrupted her. "pooch mat'kisike paas nahi jaati hai'ma keh paas ya mere paas bas," heer told him. "main tumare liye kuch laaya hoon," he said. "kya?" she said. He went through his bag and pulled out a small rectangular box and gave it to her. "yeh kya hai?" she said. "tum khabhi nahi seekogi?" he said smilingly. "matlab?" she asked confused. "heer maine tume aaj tak itne saare gifts dihai aur phir bhi tum mujhe hamesha yehi pooch thi ho'khol keh dekho," prem said. She opened to find two wrist bands and two other circular objects. "what is this?" she said. "these are censors," he said as she looked at him. "yeh dono round censors hum baccho keh crib keh paas laaga denge aur we can wear this bands so we will know if they are sleeping or crying anywhere we are in the house," he explained. "wow I am impressed," she said. "kya karoon I don't want to loose my chance," he said. Heer smiled, "tum bhi khabhi nahi badloge," she said. "matlab?" he said. "tume mere bina baataye sabh kuch paata chal jaata hai," she said. "tume bhi toh paata chal jaata hai. tume kehne ki zaroorat nahi padthi keh mujhe kya chahiye na hi yeh keh maine mere office koh kitna miss kiya hai," he said. "tumne hi kaha tha na keh hum ek nayi shuruwaat karna chahiye'toh kyun na aaj se hi shuruwaat kare," she said as he smiled at her. Right then, gayatri walked back and gave prem his tea. After he was done with his tea, prem and heer walked back to their room so she could feed the kids and put them to bed.
Minutes later, she walked into their room to see him on the laptop. "prem'mujhe tumse kuch baat karni thi," she said. "ha kaho'kya huwa?" he said putting his laptop away. "prem'ghar mein sabh theek toh haina?" she asked him. He looked up at her surprised, "tum aise kyun pooch rahi ho?" he asked. "prem'mujhe batao'kya huwa hai?" she said. "heer'aisa kuch nahi hai," he said. "tum mujhse kuch chupa toh nahi rahe hona," she asked. "heer'baat kya hai? tume aise kyun lagtha hai?" he asked confused. "mujhe lagtha hai keh preet keh saath kohi problem hai," she told him. "kya? Tume aisa kyun lagtha hai?" he asked. "paata nahi bas preet doesn't seem like himself. Main kal se dekhrahi hoon woh bahut hi chup hai, kohi problem hai kya?" she said. "heer'tum aise hi pareshaan horahi ho'aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. woh itne dino se bahut pareshaan hai tume lekar may be he just needs time to be normal again," prem said but heer wasn't satisfied. "saach mein kohi problem nahi haina?" she asked worried. "heer'usse thoda time doh'he will be fine," prem said as he placed his arm around her shoulder telling her that everything will be ok. Just then, someone cleared her throat and prem heer moved apart. "aree meher'aaona," heer said. "bhabhi'woh kya aap mere saath shopping chalengi mujhe aapni dress leyni hai," she said. "meher'main kaise aasakthi hoon tum toh jaanti hona mujhe baccho koh samal na hai," heer said. "par bhabhi'didi bhi nahi aasakthi, unne vishaal keh school jaana hai so please aap chaliye na warna mujhe akele jaana padega," meher said. "main toh nahi aasakthi par tumare prem bhaiya jayenge," heer said as prem looked at surprised. "kya?" he said. "saach?" meher asked. "hello'ek minute'maine kabh kaha," prem said. "bhabhi'dekhiye na," meher complained. "prem'chale jao na," heer said. "heer'tum nahi jaanti agar main isse shopping leyke gaya toh yeh meri puri bank account khali kardegi," prem said as heer tried to control her laughter. "bhabhi," meher pouted. "prem," heer said as she hit prem on his arm. "main busy hoon," prem said. "prem'PB," both meher and heer said as they glared at him. "prem'maan jao," heer said. Did he really have a choice now with the four eyes glaring at him. "theek hai'kal subhe jayenge'pooja keh phele," prem said. "yay'thanks bhabhi," meher said as she jumped with joy and hugged heer. "lekar main jaaraha hoon aur thanks bhabhi koh," prem said. "kyunki aapko bhabhi ne maana hai," meher said as she stuck her tongue out at prem and ran out of the room as heer giggled. "tumne sabh koh bigaad diya hai'mere ghar wale aabh mere nahi rahe," prem said acting to be sad. "prem'tum bhi na'chalo aapna kaam karo," she said and left as prem stood there with a smile on his face.
Later, prem finished his work and they both changed into their night gown and hit the bed. As they lay in the bed in each other's arms, "prem'mujhe yakeen nahi horaha hai keh hum ek saath yeh din bhi dekh rahe hai," heer said. "kyun tume toh humare pyaar peh baroosa tha na," he said. "ha tha par dil ek khone mein dar bhi tha keh main tume khabhi dekh nahi paungi aur mere baccho koh bhi," heer said. He wrapped his hands around her waist and pulled her closer, "heer'aabh toh sabh theek hogaya haina toh tum yeh sabh sooch kar dukhi kyun horahi ho?" he said. "paata nahi main bhi yeh sabh soochna nahi chathi prem par jab itne saare khushiya aati hai toh dar lagtha hai keh kohi problem na aajaye," she told him. "heer'humne already bahut saare problems face kar chuke hai'bhagwan aabh hume kohi aur tension nahi denge," he said. "kaash yeh saach ho," she said as she wrapped her hands around him. She just couldn't get the thoughts out of her head. Deep down, she felt scared that something bad will happen because that's what happened last time. They were so happy that they were going to be parents, but that happiness was taken away from them in a blink. "hey'smile'sabh theek hojayega," prem said bringing her out of her thoughts. Just then, one of the kids started to cry, "jao'tumari beti tume bhula rahi hai," he said as she smiled. Heer got up and went into the next room and returned with their son, "humari beti nahi'bete koh humari yaad aayi hai," heer said. "lagtha hai uski behen ki aadat usse bhi aagayi," prem said as they both smiled at each other. As heer was trying to quiet the boy, they heard one more cry. "prem'your turn'jao," heer said. Prem went in and came back with their daughter. They placed them on the bed as they both looked each other. "zindagi kitna badal gayi haina," heer said. "ha woh toh hain'hum aabh doh se chaar hogaye hai," prem said looking at the twins. "ha phele tum sirf office keh baare mein soochte the par aaj tum bahut badal gaye ho," heer said. "ha heer aur yeh badlav tumari wajase aaya hai," prem said as she smiled. "saach heer'khabhi khabhi mujhe lagtha hai keh agar tum meri zindagi mein nahi aati toh aaj main jaisa hoon waisa khabhi nahi hota," prem said. "prem tum meri bahut hi tareef karahe ho...hume toh bhagwan ka shukriya karna chahiye keh unno ne humari kismate ek dusre se baandi," heer told him. "ha yeh kismat hi toh hai jisne ek Canada keh ladke koh ambala ki ladki se mila diya," prem said. "aur unki ek pyaar ki kahaani likdi," heer said as they both smiled at each other and then at their kids'as the the complete and perfect family sat on the bed under the shining moonlight!
