A bit of Pranayama afterwards would help him too, especially that nostril breathing one forget the name, he could imagine Khali & Dolly being either nostril & just let it out however it could result in him taking the exercise a bit too passionately which would likely incur further damage

Khali ko khana nahi mil raha...Isliye uska dimaag ghaas charne gaya hai... Ab bina dimaag ke toh aisi hi baatein karega 😛

and just for the record I think Khali is great.......a good uncomplicated human being, which is alot more that can be said for the little man with a big ego, who is trying to take him on
