The reason the trio used was that Dolly hasn't been there from the beginning. Going by that logic then neither has Khali- he came around two weeks after the show started then why didn't any one of them nominate Khali.

i dont understand..sam always complain bout khali...bein lazy...but never nominate him...diz tym he could do dat...but didnt...wich shows..dat bb iz soo much baised towards khali n ashmit...

Sure they must have discussed who is more deserving to win the title but if  they had discussed nominations then it would be shown or they would use different reasons at the nominations just to avoid the heat.
