Take for example..this is the avi you wanna you use..
1. Just right click it & copy the URL.
2. ( Once you've copied it ) Go to the " My Dashboard" at the top
of the page , on the right. Load it & click " update profile "
3. Once the Update profile page has opened , click
the " Preferences" tab.
4. Roll down the page & you'll see " Avatar link"
under which is a box.. right click & paste the URL there.
6. Click Submit.
You're done..the avi get's displayed on ur profile.
