Hi
Most likely this is spyware/malware the creators fool folks into thinking its anti malware software
Dear best bet
Download malwarebytes and superantispyware there both free n really good shud fix ur issue
Im assuming u have antivirus software thoh?

Try  "restore point" method.  It will take your system back to a point in time to return to if a problem occurs, like before this program got installed but choose a date/time you know this program was not installed. After you have done it, make sure you set your date and time setting and get the latest updates from your anti virus program and windows automatic updates.

Hope this help your problem and all the best=)
