PART 10
*At the College*
People were all scattered here and there. Some like Gunjan and Mayank in the library with their beloved books , while some like Samrat and Nupur were just wandering here and there and finally some like Diya , Benji and Uday were in the canteen.
All of them were upset due to some or the other thing and this Academic meet was a kind of relief as now instead of just the participants , the supporters were also allowed to go.
Gunjan was still worried about the whole thing as she needed to practice for the debate round the rest wouldn't be hard for her.
Mayank wasn't afraid but he wasn't overconfident either. All he knew was that he had to win this again for excel.
Samrat was going only for excel , this is what he wanted it to be like but unfortunately for him he knew it wasn't so. He was going so that he could see Gunjan.
Nupur also knew that she was going for Mayank , no matter how much she shows that she's going for Gunjan.
Diya for a change was going for excel only. She wanted excel to win and for that if she had to tolerate those two Morenas then she would.
Benji was going as he was team's assistant. In case the team required something.
Uday was going for the food Gunjan and Nupur make for him.

*At Bhushan Mansion*
Gunjan was pulling out the bag from the top of the cupboard while Nupur was holding the chair for her and saying
"By God! Gunjan yeh bag toh nikal hi nahi raha!"
"Di , nikal jaayyega!" said Gunjan trying harder to pull it out.
When they hear a voice singing
"Kadam Kadam bardahe jaa , khushi ke geet gaaye jaa chaye kuch ho ya naa ho bag nilkaale jaa"
Gunjan and Nupur turned their heads towards the Voice and saw that it was Uday who was singing.
Uday entered the room and saw the two giving him a weird look.
He said "Main toh sirf tum dodno ka hausla bardha raha tha." Making a sweet face at them.
"Mere paas ek idea hai! Nupur you hold the chair and I'll pull Gunjan and she'll pull the bag. Great Idea naa?
Before either of them could say anything he started pulling Gunjan while Nupur immediately held the chair and Gunjan having no option pulled the bag.
Gunjan said "It's working! Uday bhaiya thanks!"
"No problem!" said Uday
"Idea bohot acha tha Uday Bhaiyyaaaaaaa aah!" Gunjan said aah as she lost her balance over the chair due to Uday's pull and fell on Uday. He couldn't keep the balance and he fell backwards on Nupur and all three of them fell on the bed one over the other.
All the three looked at each other and laughed completely oblivious of the fact that the bag had fallen down.
Uday said "AWW! Hum kitne cute hain!"
Gunjan and Nupur looked at him and then at each other and said "HAAN!"
"Okay! Abhi bohot raat hogayyi hai aur kal jaldi uth kar bachi hui packing bhi karni hai so Good night ." says Gunjan telling Nupur and Uday to go sleep which they do.

*Next Morning*
Outside the college stood everyone who had to go.
Gunjan and Nupur standing at one corner with Uday holding Nupur's bags while Gunjan was holding hers.
Samrat was standing with Benji and Diya who were arguing on something while Samrat was staring at Gunjan as usual.
Mayank was talking to the principal about the event.
The principal says " Now you all will have to go from the bus to Ahmadabad and the college is NOT providing anything while you people are traveling in the bus. All the Best to Gunjan and Mayank and now you may leave for the bus stop."
They all leave immediately.

*At the Bus Stop*
"Arrg! Yahan kitni garmi hai!" said Diya trying to show off her ever- so stupid ring.
Samrat didn't seem to like the place much as there was too much crowd at the bus stop and the bus was to arrive after half-an-hour. Moreover there were "weird" (as he thought) kind of people , especially guys staring at Gunjan which he didn't like at all.
Mayank too surprisingly was getting impatient too. He wanted the bus to come as soon as possible. He also was worried for Gunjan and also for Nupur. Whatever said and done she was girl and that too with another beautiful girl so it could be a bit dangerous.
Nupur was just glaring at those boys with her big eyes. She was slightly annoyed but still said nothing.
Gunjan was the only one who didn't even look at those guys as they would look more if she said anything with a bad expression on her face about the.
Uday completely unaware of the whole thing was thinking about what kind of food he would get during their time in the bus.
Finally the bus arrived and they all got in. Diya sat with Annie while Gunjan and Nupur sat together. Samrat and Benji sat together , right behind them. Mayank sat with Uday on one side and Chacko on the other having no choice.

*At Night*
They all were still in the bus as the venue in Ahmadabad was still 9 hours away.
Gunjan and Nupur slept with Gunjan's head lying on Nupur's shoulder and Nupur's head on Gunjan's sleeping head.
Mayank turned around and saw the two and he just smiled at them and slept.
Samrat was listening to songs on his ipod when a girly song came on . He stirred his head to find a sweet pose showing the sisterly love of Gunjan and Nupur and he instantly smiled at the two who were sleeping.

*Next day early morning*
The bus stopped suddenly making all of them fall in front with a jerk. They had reached Ahmadabad , their destination finally after the tiring journey of the bus. They all reached the hotel and went to their rooms to sleep for a while as it was only 4:30 am.
After four hours Mayank got up and went down at the breakfast area followed by Gunjan who had tried waking up Nupur but she was in deep sleep.
They both sat down to collect a bit more information about their academic meet which was to start later that day. Gunjan and Mayank were concentrating and discussing something when they saw Benji with a plie of books in his hand. It was a total surprise to them but he got settled and they were back to work.

*Later*
Nupur walked in with a sleepy look and sat next to Gunjan and said "BY GOD! Abhi se hi taiyaari kar rahe ho tum dono!"
"Last moment cheeze nahi ki jaa sakti naa Nupur" said Mayank irritated with her.
"Main tumse baat nahi kar rahi hoon" Nupur said annoyed.
"Par woh kya haina ki tum itni zor zor se baat kar rahi ho ke logon ke kaan phat rahe hain" said Mayank equally annoyed.
"Uff! Main tumse baat hi nahi karna chahti hoon" said Nupur angrily.
"Main bhi marra nahi jaa raha tumse baat karne ke liye , samjhi" said Mayank.
"Arey! Yeh subha hi tum dono apni lardai ka drum kyun baja rahe ho?" asked Samrat entering the scene.
Before either of them could answer Gunjan said "Drum? As usual tum bakwaas karne aagayye"
"I'm not asking you naa" said Samrat showing attitude.
"Oh! Please I know you want to ask me" said Gunjan showing even more attitude.
"You know what? You want me to ask you." Said Samrat openly flirting.
"Haww! You are just a nutcase." Said Gunjan irritated with him.
"And you want to open this case , now don't you" said Samrat.
"No I don't" said Gunjan
"Yes! You do , you really do" said samrat enjoying now.
"no"
"yes"
"no"
"yes"
"no"
"no" said Samrat tricking her.
"Yes! I said naa" said Gunjan .
"Uh! You tricked me. " she said realizing it.
The other three i.e Mayank , Benji and Nupur couldn't believe they were arguing on such a thing.

*At the venue*
The other colleges were also seated. The participants on the stage and the others in the audience.
Gunjan was nervous while Mayank was also slightly worried. Nupur was calming Gunjan down and then went to Mayank to wish him luck.
"All the Best Mayank!" said Nupur wanting him to win.
"Thanks Nupur." Said Mayank smiling.
"Mayank I really hope ke tum jeeto!" said Nupur smiling even more.
"bas bas ab main aur thank you nahi bolunga." Said Mayank forgetting he was supposed to be angry and they both laughed like they used to before the talent parade.

On the other hand Gunjan stood in front of a statue of Ganesh ji and said
"Hey bhagwaan! Please mujhe itni himmat dena ki maian apne liye naa shi par excel ke liye karun aur jeetoon."
"Agar bhagwaan ki bajaaye tum Guru Samrat ki baaat sunogi toh fayede main rahogi" said Samrat who had been looking at her innocent face while she was praying.
"tum chup raho!" said Gunjan getting annoyed.
"Okay peace! Main bas yeh keh raha tha ki tumhe khud pe confidence hona chahiye aur tumhara interaction apne partner ke saath strong hona chahiye."
"tum , uh sahi keh rahe ho." Said Gunjan with a thoughtful expression.
"Main humesha sahi kehta hoon , aaj subha bhi main sahi tha!" said Samrat trying to irritate her and calm her down by changing the topic.
"Tumse baat karna bekaar hai" said Gunjan irritated.
"Thik hai phir main toh challa!" said Samrat walking forward.
He was walking when Gunjan called out to him.
"Samrat! Thanks!" she said smiling at him genuinely after ages.
While he just said "you are welcome" through his eyes.
