well it all depends on the college you have graduated from and the economic conditions as well as the company itself

and engineer may get salary ranging from 1.5 lakh per annum from a regional college to getting 15-16 lakhs per annum from iits

yeah i am the same one
and don't worry mine is a very different case , i am a person who was taken up by a company which is just going to be bank rupt

not all indian companies are like that(its just my luck)
