Epi starts with Mr.P's sister (let's call her p's) pulling chinu's cheeks and hugging him and Priya saying they are so grown up. She saw them when they were little kids and now Priya is getting married. Mr.P asks Priya and Chinu to take his sister inside and starts arguing with the taxi driver about money. Inside, chinu offers p's water and she says that she will have tea in a few minutes and with tea she likes to have biscuits and savoury. She talks to priya about her past and says she never thought she would ever get married. Mr.P tells his sis to not say anything like that in front of Aditya's family. P's asks if they haven't told the family anything about Priya's past and what if they hear it from someone else. Priya replies than nothing will happen as she told Aditya everything and he does not have a problem with her past. Mr.P asks Chinu to take the luggage inside (HAHA they turned Chinu into a butler and a porter'..). Chinu reminds priya that she has to go shopping. Mr.P gives priya money for shopping, she hesitates but finally takes it. P's (found her name now ' Bhakti) tells Mr.P that priya was right, he should spend money wisely as it's a wedding house and there will be lots of other expenses. Mr.P says that he has been saving for years and firmly tells her never to even mention anything about Priya's past to her as she has forgotten that with great difficulty.
Scene shifts to Devyani, Priya, uttara, vidya, sweety and LL (Loud Lady ' now I know why she is called that, god my ears were hurting just listening to her). LL asks priya if she needs anything else. Priya refuses and they go to eat something on uttara's insistence. After sitting down, they talk about the wedding and pre-wedding jitters. Devyani says that understanding between couples happen only after marriage because responsibilities increase. LL interrupts saying not understanding but mis understanding happens after marriage. She says that no one should get married only. And priya is a bit surprised. LL realises what she said (being a wedding planner) and laughs it out saying shes joking. Suddenly they hear a commotion where a jealous guy is dragging his gf because she talked to some other guy. Everyone is watching but no one does anything. Priya walks infront of them and firmly tells the guy to leave the girl's hand twice. Seeing this, Devyani and Vidya also join Priya. He still does not leave the girl's hand and Uttara comes and calmly tells him that she is SSP's wife and if he still doesn't leave the girl's hand, he would never be in a position to hold another girl's hand. He finally leaves the girl's hand, threatens her and leaves. Priya goes upto the crying girl and tells her that if she puts up with such nonsense than people will torture her more. She has to stand up for herself or people will use her as a door mat. Devyani looks apprehensively at priya when she says that. Uttara asks priya not to spoil her mood on someone else's account and they should eat now as she is very hungry. They all go back to the table while Devyani is standing there thinking about bauji's words about priya having that spark of strength in her eyes.
Devyani goes back to the table and says that understanding increases when fights happen behind closed doors. Vidya also re ' confirms that. Devyani keeps looking at priya with a worried(????) expression. P's ( naming her Useless woman now ' you will see why) comes from her nap and sees all the gifts and greedily exclaims omg priya's in laws must be some royalties if they send so many gifts. Chinu gets annoyed at her and says you very well know who they are since dad told you about them. She says yes yes the SSP would have a lot of money. She asks chinu what Aditya does and before he could answer, she says whatever he does, he still is SSP's son. Then asks him where did priya and Aditya met, but again, before chinu answers she says wherever they met, Aditya will keep priya happy coz he is rich (JEEZ woman). Just then Pirya and all the other ladies, minus LL and sweety come to the house. He introduces useless woman to all of them. She praises Priya a lot. Uttara tells everyone about the guy incident. Useless woman says that priya has always been brave but after that incident she became a little bit weak. She became like a zombie (Mr.p and chinu are angrily looking at useless woman, Uttara, Vidya and Devyani are looking at each other confused/shocked and mixture of other emotions). Priya comes with water, they drink it and Devyani reminds them about the party. They get up to leave when useless woman folds her hand in front of Devyani and says thank you for accepting priya despite her past.
Precap ' Devyani is talking to bauji that she has kept peace in the house for so many years. No matter what happens, she will not let her hard work go to waste. In order to save the Maryada of the house, she will have to do something. Devyani says that she needs to learn about priya's past and her present. (this will be seen on Sunday in the Maha episode)
