I think it depends more on the facial futures, sometimes it is worse yes but sometimes it isn't

No because it somehow would make the dark-skinned youth insecure.

Yes in a country like India it does.

Bollywood stars who endorse fairness products which makes indians "fair
No I guess because its less common
