Parvati decides to punish both neel and chavi. She says the family will give gawahi against neel and get sambhav cleared. Chaaya comes after parvati and tells her to spare chavi as she did not know that neel was filing a false case. Parvati refuses and chaaya has to tell her that chavi is her daughter. She tells her how she met this guy at a farewell party and spent the night with him. When she realized that she was pregnant, she tried to find the guy but couldn't. Her friend, Sudha was the only one who knew and helped her out by adopting Chavi. Chaaya says
that she wanted to tell Parvati or her mother but never had the guts. After marriage she even wanted to tell Vikram but she didn't want to lose him.
Om tells Sambhav in front of the court that everything will be fine and they know the truth. Parvati tells gul to be with the truth but she says that at the end truth will win. Aryan comes with a lawyer who is going to fight sambhav's case. Shruti comes with Krishna and om is upset to see her. During recess, om yells at shruti, but Aryan intervenes saying he asked shruti to come. Om is happy that Aryan and shruti are probably getting closer again.
Sambhav realizes that the day neel did all that, his phone's recording was on and everything got recorded. Sambhav tells the lawyer, Aryan and Shruti. He shows them the clipping and the lawyer takes his phone saying that this is an imp. evidence and they need to keep it safely. Machan, neel's brother is listening to everything.
Machan tells Sasha and Neel about the phone. In the courtroom, gul tells the judge that she cannot fight the case anymore. She tells the judge that she heard machan, neel and sasha's conversation outside and now she knows sambhav is innocent. She tells sambhav's lawyer to show the phone, he does an aboutturn and says he doesn't know of any mobile. Sambhav is jailed for 5 years on the charge of attempted murder and rape. Gul promises that she will prove his innocence. Aryan catches the lawyer and threatens him. Shruti is upset and om leaves Aryan and her together. Gul leaves with Krishna leaving sasha agitated.
Aryan is dropping shruti, tries to apologize again but she walks off.
Garima and the kids want to celebrate their victory. Om says something to which sasha tells him to mind his own children. Parvati interrupts, sasha takes her name pausing before saying aunty. Om slaps him and says if he ever again disrespected parvati, his pauses will be filled slaps. Om's mother says they should give their rights to them and make them go from the house. The gargs say they are going to stay here till they get their part.
Machan is upset that sasha has agreed to leave the house but sasha tells him that they will accomplish what they came here for.
Gul comes to meet Shruti and Krishna and tells them she has got everything prepared to get
Sambhav out of jail. Aryan comes and says he too wants to help. They go to meet sambhav and get the paper signed. Aryan apologizes since he had brought the lawyer.
Aryan meets parvati and tells her that he wants to adopt monalika's child so that the child does not suffer. Parvati leaves but sees Aryan with the lawyer, Aryan is threatening him and he says he got a call on the way to court and so he did not show the phone. She calls om who comes and Aryan tells them that he is going to take the lawyer to police station. Aryan threatens the lawyer and tells him to leave the city (he has taken him to the airport), he takes the phone and throws it on the ground breaking it into pieces.
Shruti arrives home and everyone is happy to see her. Gul comes, ignores sasha and goes with krishna. Aryan comes and tells om that the lawyer got away and is probably planning on
leaving the country. Aryan hold his kid after shruti says ok to Monalika. Om tells shruti that they all want to see her happy and says that since Aryan has realized his mistake, she should give him one more chance. He tells her about Aryan wanting to adopt Monalika's child. Gul gets a call about the lawyer Roy having an asthma attack while he was escaping the country and now in hospital. Aryan is shocked. Shruti, Gul Aryan and Krishna leave for the hospital.
Just before Roy is ready to tell the rest three about the person who threatened him, he sees Aryan and gets another attack. Gul and Krishna leave to get the police and a
magistrate down to the hospital to get Roy's statement. Shruti feels unwell, Om and parvati come. Aryan hears shruti telling them that she has decided to give Aryan another chance. Aryan tells Roy that he has got another chance with his wife and this information could destroy him. He begs Roy not to reveal what happened and Roy agrees. Aryan holds his hand and thanks him. Meanwhile Gun and Krishna arrive in hospital with the police and the magistrate. Roy dies with another attack. Krishna tells Aryan about it, suddenly he realizes that his ring is missing and then remembers that he held Roy's hand and suspects that it must be with Roy's dead body.
