i cannot understand , is the anklet bewitched or something

no actually her nickname is gulal due to its masti n its sense ov humaor n the old man said "woh heeran ki chal chalti hai means us k payal us k qadam rukney k bawajood hiltay hain" nyfing else u want to know so defnetilly ill help u out!
