I've sadly noticed this too. None of the dialogues are written keeping the character in mind. The story is vague, the shoots are done without the actors knowing the story properly.

If they had the time to understand a story properly, they would probably say their dialogues in their own style...and Aditya sir would always add a 'hain' because it is a habit. I seriously want him to say 'hain' more often.

From what I have heard, they are given a paper and read it out, so where's the question of 'hain' arising?

May be Hazards of Bi-weekly or Fading Characterisations (I am trying to avoid that name in the title).

Not only "hain", how many times nowadays we hear that "han Daya" in a soft tone?

i also opine that his character is being made to act unnecessarily aggressive where not required, Hrishikesh Pandey is a good actor, he did a good job as Inspector Abhimanyu in CID Special Bureau, why waste a good actor.....
