5. Weight training
This
next tip is the most essential of all the tips for reducing fat. The
best method of reducing fat is to go to the gym and lift weights. Weight
training is more effective than cardio at stimulating fat loss. If you
want to maximize your body's ability to shed fat, you must engage in
weight training. This is because weight training directly impacts your
fat burning rate, since muscle is metabolically active tissue. When your
body is operating with a higher metabolic rate, you will tend to burn
fat faster.
