A good olde fashion walk in countryside! Which just happens to be on my door step! Nothing like a bit of cold frosty British weather to cool off those ambers and get priorities straight.

Close your eyes and take 10 times take deep break and count to 10 slowly, once your finished doing that leave your eyes closed for 5secs and open them slowly your mind will be calm!!!!!!!

when i'm angry or just extremely stressed out i tend to keep myself away from people. So i keep myself in my room, listen to music and walk around.

sometimes music has the opposite effect on me and i get even more agitated, and driving when i'm stressed out......i did that once and i ended up almost causing accidents all over the streets! luckily my car didn't get hit or anything.

Oh oh jus be careful Spike. When we r upset or stressed out we lose control.
