Chapter 3
He started with the seminar as she went backstage, he controlled his feelings and gave his best while she let out her feelings, he tried as hard as possible to control the thoughts that were building in his mind; he had to as he had an audience while she let her pain take over for once as no one was around her ...
Everyone applauded as Mayank ended his seminar and both gathered themselves to face each other once again .....

He saw her come back on the stage and he realised she was wearing a sari ... he noticed her slender figure and it took him no time to realise that she had grown thinner and weaker .... but what caught his vision were her eyes which clearly showed him that she had been shedding tears ... he could notice those tears even in the heavy rainfall ... but what he didn't realise was that he was gazing at her continuously ....
She could feel his eyes on her and her heartbeats were just increasing ... for a fraction of a second she looked at him but when she saw his eyes; her eyes immediately drooped ... she noticed that he looked really different from what he looked like the last time she had seen him ... more intense and more mature ... she knew he had noticed her tears; she hadn't put any effort to hide them, it was of no use .. he could notice her tears even in heavy rainfall ....

Nupur - Thank you so much Mr. Sharma for that wonderful hour of inspiration ... I am sure everyone here is in awe of you ...
Mayank - The pleasure's all mine ... it feels fantastic to look at such ambitious crowd .. I am sure you all are going to go a long way and create huge noises ...
Everyone applauded for him while they were losing themselves in each other, yet again ....
The seminar got over as everyone departed from the auditorium ... she rushed out, he followed ... she tried to escape, he tried to catch ... and finally he succeeded in pulling her in the empty classroom ....
He had to talk to her, she couldn't run away like that .... he rushed behind her and pulled her inside an empty room and before she could say anything; pinned her to wall and kept his hand on her mouth .... he eyes were glittering and slowly tears rolled down ... she was staring into his eyes .... he slowly removed his hand as he saw her tears ....
She could not go through it all again ... she had to run away but as usual he caught her and pinned her to wall in an empty classroom ... she wasn't surprised or shocked because he always did that ... but how could she hold back those tears ... they slid down ... his touch on her skin was creating a havoc inside her, as always .....

Mayank - Nupur .....
Nupur (looked sideways) - Please ....
Mayank - Nahi ... mujhe baat karni hai ...
She tried to free herself from him as his hand was on her bare waist and the other blocking her way .... her heartbeats were just increasing and she knew his were too ....
Nupur (still struggling) - Humaare beech baat karne ko kuch nahi hai ... ab please mujhe jaane diiye, Mr. Sharma .....
Her words pierced his heart and he immediately let her go ... she looked in his eyes .... he could see the love in her eyes which he knew was there in his too ... Before anything else happened, she rushed out and he realised what he was doing was absolutely wrong and he wanted to kill himself for doing that to her ... he had no right to pull her near ...... he had lost all the rights, long time back ...
She rushed to washroom and touched her waist, she could still feel his warmth ... it was heavenly but she knew, she couldn't feel it for all her life ... this closeness had once again scrapped her wounds ... but the look of despair in his eyes when she didn't utter his name was killing her ... whatever may happen, she could not give him pains ... that was not even the last thing she would like to do yet she didn't have a choice .....

He sat on the backseat of his car while she fell on the chair ... both went back in time when pain, tears, agony and loneliness didn't exist .....
That was a special night for them and to celebrate it they went to the beach ... after running in water and getting all wet ... both sat on the beach .... silence prevailed between them ... her head on his shoulder as both looked at the sea ... her hair were flying with the wind and came on her face but she didn't mind it ... he slowly tucked them behind her ear ... she slowly looked up at him ... her eyes were glittering with the joy of their togetherness ... a smile crept on his lips as he understood what her eyes said ..they kept staring in each others' eyes ...
Mayank - I love you Nupur ....
She blushed and couldn't meet his eyes anymore and softly uttered ...
Nupur - I love you too ....
He loved to see her this shy ...he gently held her face as his hand crawled on her neck; inside her hair and caressed it softly ... she closed her eyes as he softly placed his lips on hers .... her hand slowly crawled from his chest to his shoulder and as he pulled her near, she tightened her hand on his shoulder .....

Nupur just questioned her destiny ... with a lot of difficulty, she stood up and one blow and she fell on the ground again ... why life was so cruel to her ... it had always been and she knew; it will always be ....
Mayank cursed his destiny ... when everything was on track suddenly it had to give a halt and make his life slip from the track .... why every time this happened and he realised; it was always like that ... every time; they came near, his life's track would change .....
