If you were going to be in charge of the current CID, what are the things would you change? Since I've a very long list, I think someone else should start with this one.

I will change the format of the investigation. Don't need too much people when the interrogation is going on. Each and individual should do a particular job. Never make a crowd on every spot. Just the required people on the spot and finish the job.

I guess I will lock the Forensic Lab for some time as the first measure. Can't tolerate the current state of the lab.

Yep as you said...its quite a long list for me as well! LOL

Stop this 2 cases per week method an get back to one case per week! Either one case over 2 days ir stop bi weekly completely!
Try to change the actress playing Tarika( no offence meant to Shraddha Musale.. And her fans)

Stop boiling noise in the forensic lab
Stop Freddy tomfoolery
Shift Salil sir to Ahat and Santosh sir to CID
Nitica Kanwar should be doing the screenplay part of CID and Story part of Aahat
New characters ahould be sent back!
Special moments should return
ACP should stop shouting
Abhijeet should not wear the coat
Tasha-Viivek should be given enough importance at times
Stories should be more realistic
Less of ghosts or kati laashein cases
The Bureau should be changed now. Its ben a long time in the same place and its not a very appropriate looking one either!

Will add more when i can recall!

I second Shagnika....
& want to add few more on the list.....
ACP sir should be calm & composed that he used to be in old episodes.....
Daya should put off his extra pounds......
Abhi sir should not flirt with Tarika.....
Dr. Salunkhe should chuck off his floral shirts & wig.......
Shachin should be demoted as Freddy's junior....
Kajol & Dr. Sonali should be vanished from bureau & lab respectively......
All the minor characters should maintain a minimum standard of acting.....
Background music should be moderate......
Picture print quality [or whatever it is called] should be improved.....everything looks very gloomy these days....
Case titles should not sound like that of Aahat ......

Nice to see no complaints about Daya....I do have a complaint about him.

He has to smile once in a while. He is looking too serious. Bureau mein hasna mana hai kya????
