I quickly wrote up the introduction a while before and I am posting it. Let me know your views over the FF and I'd continue posting. 
Their friendship would be described as classic, neither the course of time nor the hardships of life could rift them apart. Their lives were entangled together.
Though her complexion was fair and she had thick brown hair, the brunette was not a very noticeable person around the campus. Twenty and one in age, she was just another normal girl. Cheerful and sharp: Gunjan Bhushan.

And there he was . . . the hunky fresher! Girls were all eyes at him. As he dribbled the ball and aimed at the basket, a dozen eyes looked at him with anticipation. Of course, he made it. And they won the match!
He was not a dark, tall and handsome fellow. Gentleman, well yes! His eyes were enchanting and so were his words. Fair and cute and flirtatious and whatnot: twas Samrat Shergill for you.
