Cine MAA Awards – 2010

Cine MAA Awards 2010 was held successfully at hICC, Hyderabad in a star studded mega event. Huge rainfall in Hyderabad caused a lot of inconvenience to the invitees. Many of them are even struck in Traffic jams for hours together. Needless to say Magadheera swept 11 out of the total 20awards.

* Best Director : Kodi Ramakrishna (Arundhati), Krishna Vamsi (Mahatma), Rajamouli (Magadheera), Sukumar (Aarya 2), Surender Reddy (Kick),
* Best Actor : Srikanth (Mahatma), Ram Charan (Magadheera), Ravi Teja (Kick), Allu Arjun (Aarya 2), Prabhas (Ek Niranjan)
* Best Actress : Genelia (Sasirekha Parinayam), Tamanna (KIKK), Kajal (Magadheera), Ileana (Kick), Anushka (Arundhati)
* Best Music Director : Yuvan Shankar Raja (Oy!), Mani Sharma (Billa), Chakri (Gopi Gopika Godavari), Devi Sri Prasad (Aarya 2), Koti (Arundhati)
* Best Story : Mahatma, Aarya 2, Magadheera, Arundhati, Koncham Ishtam Koncham Kashtam
* Best Screenplay : Prayanam, Kick, Aarya 2, Magadheera, Arundhati
Best Producer : Venkat (Kick), CR Manohar (Mahatma), Allu Aravind (Magadheera), Puri Jagannath (Bumper Offer), Shyam Prasad Reddy (Arundhati)
*Best Debut Hero – Nara Rohit (Banam), Ajay (Aa Okkadu), Naga Chaitanya (Josh), Paruchuri Ravindra (Junction), Arun (Katha)
* Best Dialogue : Gandham Nagaraju (Banam), Paruchuri Brothers (Mahatma), Ratnam (Magadheera), Vasu Varma (Josh), Chintapalli Ramana (Arundhati)

Awards are decided by viewers based on voting format and are being audited by Grant Thornton India. The last date to send entries is on 15th August through SMS

I'm glad Anushka won best actress instead of Kajal...but I am so happy that Magadheera won so many awards :)

Still not understanding how Naga Chaitanya won anything at all LOL

wow a lot of awards for Magadheera.. and yep that film deserves it

and also happy that Anushka won for Arundhati...

that movie was awesome... and it totally rocked with her performance

So glad to see Anushka winning.The role was tailor made for her just like Ammoru was for Soundarya!She rocked in the film!

i watched them on Tv for some time

i'm glad that maghadheera got all the deserving awards
n the best part is Anushka winning best heroine award....most deserving of all

n thank god...best music director award didn't got for maghadheera as well....i wanted it for OY or ARYA 2 ....

n abt naga chaitanya winning debut award, the others were super lame....josh was good for watching at least....but ya, banam was good as well
at the end naga chaitanya is nag's son.....so... Embarrassed
