England - Bulgaria (4 - 1)

W. Rooney played better as the game progressed and J. Defoe was fantastic scoring a hat-trick!Clap Now, we have to maintain the same tempo and win the qualifying stage.

Portugal is in for a difficult qualification campaign... AGAIN. Somewhat expected when the captain is out, the more creative if underappreciated players have retired and the ban on the coach. I don't get them. I just don't. They go the entire WC only conceeding one offside goal and then they friking tie with CYPRUS (who to be lenient, are good at home).

France NT were pretty much screwed over in the first game against Belarus.  You know your team is in deep shite if the coaching staff could play them and come out the victors. On the brighter side, more Zidane in the training pictures (Yay!!). The 2 goals they put forth against Bosnia were shocking, to be quite honest.

I'm baised as hell towards the Germans but ah, I love how they are more about the team than just the players. Felt a bit sorry for Neuer for his mistake but he's allowed some as long as it doesn't show up in the actual matches. Badstuber's header was pretty nice, too.

On a completely unrelated note, Argentina is ripping Spain apart in the friendly >.< I wouldn't feel so bad if Pepe Reina hadn't been the gk. He has it tough due to Iker already, really do not want Argentina to add insult to injury by a humiliating scoreline.
