Neither was Shravnis talk a guilt trip nor sex talk .It was merely a wistful statement , bas . And why shudnt She talk this way , Shudnt she expect emotion from the man she is marrying ? I cant believe this hatred for her I sense . Archna was the one who divorced and Manav was the one who wanted it too .If u ask me ..........I am really happy they both r being forced to marry other people now .Who told them to play around with an insitution called ,marraige .
I didnt like Shravnis tone to Vandu , but Vandu too invited it .She and Savita and Damo do too much Archu Archu Archu in front of her .Go and live with Archu in K house then or tell Shravni go to Girish .
Kools, as I said in another post, I don't hate Shravani, and you know me well enough for that. But rather than talk in this manner, I would have preferred that she sit down with Manav and talk directly about her expectations and demands, and everything. She knows very well that Manav doesn't love her a bit, so 'wistfully commenting' in this manner was useless- it would have only made Manav feel guilty (which it did) but eventually it couldn't change anything cos he is still in love with another woman.
I would have much preferred Shravani to voice out her emotions openly (without screeching) and talk directly to Manav for once (softly and maturedly), about what she expects from her marriage and if she is wrong (obviously she isn't) That should set Manav thinking. Basically, both of the NEED TO sit and talk and introspect- Manav- that he is doing injustice to both girls, and Shravani- that she is fighting a losing battle and can make a much better future for her child on her own. But the direct confrontation thing she doesn't do, maybe cos she's scared of hearing the fact that she knows anyway.
Anyways, my POV- I felt that it was intended to make Manav feel guilty. We must agree to disagree here.
And yeah, I don't hate her.๐
