Burning in the troath

Hi doc. My grandmother is 90yrs old and she is suffering with burning in the troath and a pain on her hip going down to her ankle. Can you please give me an advice. What can be the cause of it.

And Mom is getting a heaviness and pain in her chest just between her 2 breats. Can u please tell me the cause for it and what she can do abt it.
